I have recently had North West Electric Radiators fit a new heating system. Tom and Brian completed the fitting within a few hours to the utmost quality. They were respectful of my property and could not do enough to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend using this company, Tom talking me through installation and covered how the radiators and the app worked. Was more than happy with the service that was provided.

Wanted to use a local company so contacted Tom, and he promptly came to do a survey and give me a price, no hard sell. Tom and Brian came before due date to replace my old storage heaters with new radiators. They were quick, efficient, polite and very thorough. Obviously Tom takes great pride in the product and fitting. Really nice to deal with a young person that is so committed to pleasing his customers. He set the app up for me and showed me how easy it was to use for temperature control. Can't thank the team enough for making everything so easy and stress free and really pleased with my new heaters.
