I always choose a Which trusted trader for work to be done and once again have been extremely pleased with the work carried out. We had 3 units replaced today. Ryan was pleasant courteous cheerful and efficient. He replaced the units swiftly, manoeuvring them around both our shutters and my disabled husband’s chair. His work was quick and he cleaned everywhere he had been. He also waited patiently for my husband’s carers to leave after seeing to his needs. I would highly recommend NorthWest Window Repairs to anyone. First class work carried out with minimum disruption.

We needed quite a large amount of our double glazed windows replacing which had failed and misted up inside leaving stains inside the glass. There were also many opening windows needing new hinges as they wouldn’t shut properly, and you could hear noises outside with the windows shut. There was also terrible drafts with some of them. North West Window repairs came out to estimate the work. They were professional and courteous from the offset. They gave a really competitive quote and arranged fitting within a couple of weeks. They came out and completed the work with no issues. We are so pleased with the results, the windows replaced seem generally brighter, like they let more light through now there’s no misting and stains, and the replaced hinges mean we can now close our windows fully, no more noise and drafts. We can’t recommend these guys enough, great, friendly service with competitive rates and all with a 10 year guarantee on replaced units to boot.

A number of problems sorted!

We had a number of issues with our windows, some seals were blown, some hinges and keeps were broken. Brian and his colleague worked quickly and effectively dealing with all the problems. He also made some adjustments to external doors. Communication with his company was easy, he came when he said he would, he didn’t make or leave a mess in the house. When he first came to assess the work he took all the measurements he needed and gave me a price. The price he gave was the price we paid, he doesn’t overcharge. Before using traders I look to see if they have been reviewed on this site and others. North West Window Repairs have been given good reviews on a number of sites. I will echo what others say. It is a good company and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

After an initial visit to price up the job, replacement of two failed double glass units, the companyn placed the order and the units were ready to the agreed timescale of 3 weeks. The company were very good in agreeing a fitting date which suited us and when they arrived they worked very efficiently to complete the work in a short space of time. We had approached another company last year before lockdown struck that company failed twice to get the order right and in the end decided to decline the work. They were more than twice as expensive as North West Window Repairs. Overall very satisfied with the work
