We were established in 2001 to provide a specialist double glazing repair service.The need for this service arose after realising how many double glazing companies were disappearing, leaving many customers with window problems.
Over the years we have established an enviable reputation for the quality and promptness of our service for all types of repairs to double glazing.
Services offered include:

- repairs to conservatories
- replacement conservatory roof panels
Our repair services are available to both domestic and commercial customers and we offer a comprehensive program for lettings agents and landlords.
We do carry a range of spares and are often able to carry out on the spot repairs.
In most circumstances we are able to diagnose the problem over the phone and would then be in a position to give an immediate quotation for the repairs.

This was the 2nd job Brian did for me this year. I was so impressed with the work and the customer service when I had my double glazing replaced I asked them to come and repair my conservatory door. Work completed to same high standard. I would highly recommend this company.

I used this company for the first time and would definitely use them again. They replaced two double glazed units for me. The price was very reasonable and the service was very good. The man that came was nice and friendly and cleaned everything up afterwards.

After an initial visit to price up the job, replacement of two failed double glass units, the companyn placed the order and the units were ready to the agreed timescale of 3 weeks. The company were very good in agreeing a fitting date which suited us and when they arrived they worked very efficiently to complete the work in a short space of time. We had approached another company last year before lockdown struck that company failed twice to get the order right and in the end decided to decline the work. They were more than twice as expensive as North West Window Repairs. Overall very satisfied with the work

Brian replaced circa 50 blown glass panes in my wooden windows and also the hinges in the upstairs windows. From my initial contact regards getting a quote to the work being completed Brian was great to work with. The quality of the work is fantastic and the guys went to every effort to complete the job properly. I would recommend Brian and his business very highly.

I had some failed window units replaced by North West Window Repairs. They were prompt when they came to quote. They completed the work to a high standard and cleaned all the windows and removed all the debris from the work area. The workman was very professional and polite and I would not hesitate in using then again in the future
