Trevor was responsive from my first call and what seemed a daunting task was quickly followed up with a clear quotation and summary of work to be undertaken and its timescale. This involved significant cracking of internal walls that required "stitching", due it was revealed, to a construction fault when the house was originally built He responded to my request to carry out the wall repair urgently by working over the weekend and was fully backed up by his team, who despite further repair work being required when the wall was stripped, completed the total repair in 4 days. This is a professional company who take great pride in "doing it right" and really understand every aspect of the importance of customer satisfaction.

Northern Remedials recently completed damp proof work on our Church building. The workmanship is excellent and Trevor and Paul worked in the Church for 10 days, cleaning up every day which meant nothing was disrupted. I would highly recommend this company.

I can not fault the service, workmanship, friendly staff - from our initial visit, the detailed quote, start date information and regular updates throughout the job. Our Victorian end terrace house was in need of structural damp proofing, requiring years of plaster to be knocked off back to the stone work/brick work. This was a messy job, however room was always kept tidy and all rubble removed! All render and top coat plastering applied and has already made a difference to the room. Paul and Trevor have throughout the job gone the extra mile to ensure work was completed to high standard and this included the finishing off of the new fire place insert, helping to remove old flooring and much more. I would fully recommend this company and look forward to having them back to do our next big job in a couple of years.
