We presented Ollie with quite a challenge. We wanted our antiquated heating system zoned and the heating to reach the top floor radiators. Pipework had been installed over a number of years in a haphazard fashion. Previous plumbers had asked for a day to do a survey of existing pipework. Ollie managed to figure it out in half an hour, quoted and gave us a date for installation. He turned up on the day fully prepared. The work was done in fewer than the five days allocated as none of the contingency time was needed. The work is neat and the site was left tidy. Now it's winter we are appreciating the advantages of an intelligent heating system and the efficiencies that brings.

Thanks to Ollie and Dan for such a smooth installation of my new combi and radiators to my 3 bed house and in just over 2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked and the high standard of finish. They arrived on time and worked with little or no break through out the day (with exception to a few cuppas and biscuits i happily supplied). My boiler was booked in for a service with Norwich Heating Engineer Ltd however they did not turn up on the day arranged. I gave Norwich Heating Engineer Ltd the benefit of the doubt and followed up with a phone call to re-arrange, they were apologetic and offered a discount if I re-booked. This was followed up with an E-mail to confirm availability which I replied to immediately - 6 months later and I'm yet to receive a response!

Ollie and Dan carried out the installation of our new boiler in a very professional manner. Including installing the new boiler in a much more convenient location on the first floor of our house rather than the old location in the loft. The whole operation was well organised and quickly completed. When you read so many rave reviews you think, wow, can these guys really be that good? Well the answer is yes, they certainly are. Ollie and Dan fitted a new boiler and radiator valves in a little over a day and a half with minimal disruption and really worked hard to a very high standard. They are very professional, clean, tidy, polite, knowledgeable, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. Ollie went above and beyond and did work that was not quoted for initially to change some of my poor plumbing and wiring and fitted some new parts that I virtually had to insist he charge me for. They both patiently answered my infinite questions and explained how everything worked before leaving. Ollie even came back the next day to change another suspect part. The quote was the most reasonable I got and it goes without saying that I would not hesitate to recommend Ollie to anyone.

Ollie and Dan removed our back boiler, installed a Worcester Bosch combi boiler and three new radiators. The work was completed in two days and to the budget, as stated in the quote. Ollie came back on the third day to explain the new boiler/control and aftercare with us. Ollie is professional, conscientious, knowledgable and trustworthy. Ollie worked very hard with Dan and the work was completed to a very high standard. All the old parts were taken away and they cleaned up after each day. Would highly recommend.

Ollie and Dan removed an old radiator for us, and supplied and installed a new one in a different location in our living room. They also repiped a leaking radiator for us. Throughout the process they were efficient, informative and reliable - and the advice they gave (about size of radiator and so on) was spot on. The work they did was very neat and impressive. They had to remove floorboards, and did so in such a way as to cause minimal disruption. We'd recommend them wholeheartedly and use them again ourselves.

Thank you to Ollie and Dan who came and installed our new Worcester Boiler. They both worked tirelessly over the two days to relocate the boiler upstairs and remove the old boiler, water tank and clean out the ancient system. I suspect it has never been done! They were conscientious, tidy and I was happy to leave them to it in the house. Ollie has answered any questions we've had and was always polite and professional. I cannot recommend this company enough, very professional and totally competent. They replaced my old boiler. It was done to the agreed schedule and budget. No nonsense trader who got on with the job, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and happy to help with any questions and aftercare. Cleaned up after themselves and took all the old parts away.

We ordered a new boiler as part of our kitchen refurbishment. The boiler installation and associated works were completed professionally and to the highest standard. In addition, Ollie was also able to provide excellent advice on the overall project and took great care to ensure the boiler was placed in the correct location within the overall design.

Ollie came out promptly to quote for the removal of an old boiler with hot and cold water tanks and to supply and install a new combi boiler that would work with the existing under floor heating system. Ollie talked me through the type of boiler I would require for my house and needs. It was apparent he was very knowledgeable and confident in the service he delivers. I had asked for the new boiler to be installed in the garage to make more room in the kitchen. He felt this was a good place for the new boiler. Then asked about my shower, and on looking at the shower explained I would need a new one for the new Combi system. I felt comfortable asking questions and never was made to feel like I was asking 'silly' questions (though I'm sure I did!) The quote came through by email quickly and was itemized so I could see exactly what I was paying for ( unlike other engineers that had quoted for the same work) I didn't hesitate to go ahead with Ollie and booked in as soon as he could do the work. Ollie had said it could take 3 days to complete the agreed work. While in my house he was tidy and efficient. He was friendly and continued to tell me what was happening as the job went along. He and his colleague Dan worked hard and did an amazing job . The quote was not the cheapest quote I had but the superior boiler and my confidence in Ollie's ability and the way he put me at ease made him an easy choice. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Upgraded our boiler from old to new system, involved relocating the boiler from downstairs to upstairs. Great work with attention to detail and completed in 2 days. Ollie replaced our central heating system and installed a water softener and we're delighted with the quality of the work and service he provided. From the beginning Ollie was courteous, professional and patient visiting our home twice to show different samples, explain the different options available and giving us ideas. This was important as it allowed us to make informed decisions that met our requirements and budget. In the end we decided on a Worcester boiler and Megaflow un-vented cylinder and new radiators and TRVs all round with Nest controls. We also had a Monarch Ultimate Midi water softener installed. From the quotation, performed promptly, politely and comprehensively by Ollie to the completion of the full central heating upgrade carried out by Ollie, Andy & Daniel to time, price and in a professional, courteous and clean manner, the process could not be faulted. Even when I postponed the work at extremely short notice due to a family bereavement, Ollie handled the situation with kindness and sensitivity. From start to finish the job was priced & executed honestly and professionally. Ollie Thurston and Andy fitted a new combi boiler for us. His assessment of the work was thorough. He explained the work well and gave an accurate time span for the work. He gave good attention to the functioning of the boiler but also to how the finished job would look, this is important in a house. We used Ollie (ably assisted by Andy) to replace our old gravity-fed system boiler with a new Worcester combi. He obviously knew his stuff, cared about delivering the right solution for the customer, and his attention to detail was impressive. Both Ollie and Andy were always polite and tidy, and conscious of minimising disruption. They were also very careful about leaving things looking neat, and obviously took a pride in doing all aspects of the job properly. We were very pleased with the work, so we used Ollie a few months later to plumb in our new bathroom, when again, his focus on detail, quality and creating the right solution were much appreciated. Everything looks smashing and works well. Ollie's not the cheapest option out there, but with both bits of work we felt we got good value for the money we spent. Highly recommended.

Ollie and Andy did a great job replacing our old vented hot water cylinder for a new un-vented one and installing a new water softener. From the initial site survey, through to sign off of the work, Ollie was polite and professional. His quote was comprehensive and competitive and he gave us some good advice prior to the work commencing. Both Ollie and Andy were a pleasure to have in the house and they both worked extremely hard. After several quotes I found that Ollies was the most competitive by a good margin to replace my dying combi boiler, but his clarity and competence shewed through and I was delighted with the professional way he tackled his work. Nothing was too much trouble for him and everything was explained fully. Dust sheets were used extensively and everything was cleared up at the end of the day.

I was impressed with the professionalism of his website but was mainly influenced by the Norfolk Trusted Trader Reviews. He clearly maintains high standards with his workmanship and I noticed that whatever he fixed or installed it was always spot on first time. Very tidy. What I also liked was that his paperwork and his willingness to always help and explain was very business like. This was also augmented by his likeable and friendly personality. I did not become involved with other quotes as he was prepared to go the extra mile to sort us out fairly quickly and if you want the best they might - and I only say might - be just that little bit extra. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. I will have no hesitation in recommending him in the future.

I found Ollie on Norfolk Trusted Trader site and he was Worcester Bosch accredited. He overcame some problems with replacing my old back boiler and compared to another Worcester Bosch heating engineer in Norwich his quote was very fair. Workmanship is first class, very helpful guy.
