Jason re-painted our wooden kitchen units by hand and also painted the walls, woodwork and ceiling. He was very professional and did a great job, we are so pleased with the end result. Our units look new again and the kitchen has been painted to a very high standard. Reliable, tidy and professional. Highly recommend.

We engaged Jason and his team to paint the exterior of our house, external windows and the front fencing. I contacted Novitas after being let down twice by a local painter and decorator who had delayed work for 3 weeks. I was looking to have the exterior masonry and x2 sash windows repaired and painted on my 2 storey Victorian house in Greenwich. The previous quote I had received was more than double the cost, scoped for x6 days and was suggested that I need scaffolding. Jason started the job 24 hours after my enquiry, didn't require any scaffolding and completed the job within 1.5 days. On my initial call with Novitas, Jason was extremely professional and refreshingly honest, challenging some of my ideas with his logic and experience. Thanks to Jason's guidance we managed to find the right paints and finishes that would give the desired appearance and still retain quality and finish. The house looks absolutely amazing. Jason was super reliable, friendly and polite and I cannot recommend enough. Was also great to be sent an actual digital quote which you can sign and have a concrete scope of work to understand. After searching for the best company for the job I had planned I did come across Novitas. I got in touch and received a fast answer and offer to visit for more information and a quote. Jason arrived on time and was very knowledgable. I wanted my housefront painted . He did answer all my questions and did send a reasonable quote. We agreed to wait till the weather is better and he finished the job in a week. Barry his employee was amazing. On time, dedicated, very tidy worker, was dedicated and fast. Went on with the job without any qualms and prepared, sanded and painted everything beautifully . Even fulfilled a little nifty extra job we had for him . Communication was great at all times. Price very competitive. Jason also organised the scaffolding.i was worried it would be a big hassle, it’s never easy to have workman in your house, but Jason and Barry made the process painless and unproblematic. The result is beautiful and I am delighted with the outcome. I highly recommend Novitas and will book them again for future endeavours.

I contacted Jason to ask for a quote for having my hallway decorated. I had a design in mind that had been prepared for me by bespoke my room. Jason got back very quickly and arranged a time to visit. He gave me honest advice on the best paint and gave a quote. Following this Gary attended and began painting and wallpapering. What impressed me was the skilled workmanship and attention to detail. The right number of undercoats and finish. The mural was hung perfectly to create a dramatic effect. Gary attended early each day and was a very friendly and helpful person to talk to. Jason came and collected tools etc. I cannot imagine there is a better company available. Excellent.

I approached Novitas Decorators as they offered (preferred even) spraying. Jason was responsive to my initial enquiry, and not put off by the use of lime and gypsum plasters in different places, which actually became even more complicated by the time the build was complete. He visited several times from early in the build, kept in touch, advised on sequencing of works and which areas to spray and which to brush/roll, and was accommodating to delays and working with other trades. He has great technical knowledge of products and methods and is happy to share this. The team worked systematically and diligently utilising top quality materials, and were lovely people too. Despite my unimaginative colour choice, Novitas has made the house look really good.

The job was substantial with cabinetry, ceilings, walls, traditional feature all in varying colours. The prep work was exceptional with real time dedicated to ensuring as high quality a finish as possible. We were properly consulted on the paints types, benefits of each colour matches etc and the result was an exceptionally finished living, kitchen, dining area. Will definitely be using again on other projects.

Jason was recommended to us by a neighbour. He responds quickly to enquiries, and provided a very detailed estimate. Our house exterior had been neglected for several years and was in quite a poor state, in particular the original Victorian sash windows. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and recommended and used the best products and paints for the job. His team Garry and Barry are highly skilled. They arrived punctually every day, worked diligently and tidied up every evening to minimise the dust and disruption. Jason and his team decorated two of our bedrooms, our hallway across three floors, our front door and our new staircase (inc. staining the handrail & painting the spindles etc). We were really impressed with Jason's professionalism and knowledge from the off. Novitas Decorators painted one bedroom and a living room, adding new coving and a ceiling rose, plus repaired some cracks in the walls. This is the third time we’ve worked with Novitas Decorators so we knew the project would be in safe hands. Jason explained what needed to be done and provided a detailed quote. We recently used Novitas Decorators to internally redecorate our whole house (a large 5 bedroom) -just to say a big thank you for a superb job and would highly recommend them. As the house is occupied we were concerned about the disruption from the work especially from any dust and moving the furniture around. Jason and his team planned the job well and took extreme care in looking after the furniture along with the cleaning and tidying up. The whole team arrived punctually every day and completed the work ahead of schedule. I had managed to send my wife away while this was going on, she was absolutely delighted with the job when she returned. So that passed the “boss” test!!

Jason painted our new summerhouse - exterior and interior. Throughout the process, he was one of the most professional tradespeople I've come across. Jason did a fantastic job on my Victorian dining room. The wallpaper was heavy and difficult but he handled it with aplomb. He was a considerate worker and tidied up properly. I can recommend him without hesitation.

Novitas recently carried out some external and internal (bathroom) decorating on our house and overall we have been extremely pleased with the outcome. Whilst it took a while to get them booked in, it was worth the wait. Gary and Barry were extremely friendly, polite and professional. Jason undertook external masonry painting for us in July 22 for the entire outside of our house. Jason and team did an excellent job in the prep, repair and painting and we are very happy with the result. Several times they went over and above for example helping to fix a gutter. Additionally, our front door and surround was painted and repaired and again very happy with the results. Very professional and thorough throughout worked through the heat and finished in good time. Great communications throughout the work and before and arranged all the scaffolding etc. Would definitely recommend and use again.
