I approached Novitas Decorators as they offered (preferred even) spraying. Jason was responsive to my initial enquiry, and not put off by the use of lime and gypsum plasters in different places, which actually became even more complicated by the time the build was complete. He visited several times from early in the build, kept in touch, advised on sequencing of works and which areas to spray and which to brush/roll, and was accommodating to delays and working with other trades. He has great technical knowledge of products and methods and is happy to share this. The team worked systematically and diligently utilising top quality materials, and were lovely people too. Despite my unimaginative colour choice, Novitas has made the house look really good.

The job was substantial with cabinetry, ceilings, walls, traditional feature all in varying colours. The prep work was exceptional with real time dedicated to ensuring as high quality a finish as possible. We were properly consulted on the paints types, benefits of each colour matches etc and the result was an exceptionally finished living, kitchen, dining area. Will definitely be using again on other projects.

I am very pleased with work done by Gary and Barry team. My flat was rented out and once I moved back the flat was in a need to have a fresh look. Gary and Barry did an amazing job - painted ceiling and walls and within a week the flat gained a really nice and fresh look back. Jason was recommended to us by a neighbour. He responds quickly to enquiries, and provided a very detailed estimate. Our house exterior had been neglected for several years and was in quite a poor state, in particular the original Victorian sash windows. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and recommended and used the best products and paints for the job. His team Garry and Barry are highly skilled. They arrived punctually every day, worked diligently and tidied up every evening to minimise the dust and disruption. The finished result was astonishing given the age of the building and we are very pleased with it. We would not hesitate to recommend Novitas Decorators.

Huge thanks to Jason and his team. When I was looking for someone to do the Job, Jason made time to come out of hours and quote as well as give very helpful advice. He kept me informed of progress and what to expect, the team also worked around me and my living needs. They painted my entire flat, two bedrooms, lounge and hallway, with high ceilings. I was very grateful for him slotting me into his schedule at short notice. I am really pleased with the work they have done, which is to a very high standard. The quote was honored and was reasonable for the hours involved. I now feel my flat is more than somewhere I just live, it has finally become a home and one I am looking forward to sharing with lots of visitors. I would highly recommend them.

Jason and his team decorated two of our bedrooms, our hallway across three floors, our front door and our new staircase (inc. staining the handrail & painting the spindles etc). We were really impressed with Jason's professionalism and knowledge from the off. He provided a clear quote, which broke out the various elements of the project and showed a real understanding and appreciation for our vision. Whilst onsite, the team worked diligently and were a pleasure to have around. They made sure to protect all of our surfaces and were conscious of keeping the place as neat & as tidy as was possible. Above all else we were extremely pleased with the quality of the finish & the team's overall commitment to achieving a high quality finish - they took real pride in their work (which was refreshing to see!). Overall, we were really pleased and would very happily use Jason and his team again/ would recommend them to family and friends.

We recently used Novitas Decorators to internally redecorate our whole house (a large 5 bedroom) -just to say a big thank you for a superb job and would highly recommend them. As the house is occupied we were concerned about the disruption from the work especially from any dust and moving the furniture around. Jason and his team planned the job well and took extreme care in looking after the furniture along with the cleaning and tidying up. The whole team arrived punctually every day and completed the work ahead of schedule. I had managed to send my wife away while this was going on, she was absolutely delighted with the job when she returned. So that passed the “boss” test!!

Novitas recently carried out some external and internal (bathroom) decorating on our house and overall we have been extremely pleased with the outcome. Whilst it took a while to get them booked in, it was worth the wait. Gary and Barry were extremely friendly, polite and professional. Jason undertook external masonry painting for us in July 22 for the entire outside of our house. Jason and team did an excellent job in the prep, repair and painting and we are very happy with the result. Several times they went over and above for example helping to fix a gutter. Additionally, our front door and surround was painted and repaired and again very happy with the results. Very professional and thorough throughout worked through the heat and finished in good time. Great communications throughout the work and before and arranged all the scaffolding etc. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We used Novitas to redecorate most of the inside of our house. Throughout the process, from initial survey to completion, the team were outstanding in their professionalism, knowledge, advice, endeavor, time keeping, cleanliness and finish. Communication on the project was always super-prompt and super-helpful, whether by email/text with Jason or a quick chat with Gary and Barry over a cuppa. Their guidance on the best materials to use, the best way and order to paint the rooms in a busy household with kids was a godsend. The team were rigorous in their work, taking real time and effort, re-doing areas without prompting until they were satisfied with the finish. I'm delighted to say the results are superb. The project was the external redecoration of our 4 storey grade 2 listed house, including a stucco front. The work was started at the time promised, was completed more quickly than expected and to a high standard, including stonework repairs and repairing and repainting both stucco and windows.The site was left clean and tidy after each day's work. All the windows were cleaned at the end of the work..The workmen were considerate and helpful and we have no hesitation in recommending Novitas.

In Feb 2022 we had our lounge / diner replastered with new skirting, fireplace and architraves. Jason at Novitas painted the walls, ceiling, doors, woodwork and wallpapered one wall. We've been using them for a number of years now for various decorating jobs - bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, outside of house, garden office - and their work is to a very high standard. Always personable and tidy - if they're unavailable - we'll wait. We wouldn't use anyone else now we've found them.
