Johan and his colleague were excellent. Quick to quote and communicate, the work they completed was of a very high standard. New insulation and hatch, with a new ladder installed for free. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Novo Lofts boarded up my loft and installed shelving ahead of my full house renovation. Pierre was amazing from the quote process through to the installation and afterwards. He has been very patient while I agreed on timelines with the builder doing my renovation. He also took the time to explain all the work to me in detail and answered all my questions. The installation itself was done very professionally, with minimal disruption, and they cleaned up after themselves. Very impressed from first viewing to completion. Complete removal of old and very old insulation, replacement with new, laying a walkway to reach solar panel inverter. I contacted Novo Lofts about completing the boarding in our loft and installing some shelves. I was immediately impressed by Johan's knowledge and experience and he accommodated me shifting around the timing of the quote visit. Johan prepared two competitive quotes for different options the same day. We decided to get the entire loft re-boarded at the correct level and our insulation improved as well as the shelving installed and light fittings moved. Johan communicated well and was responsive to our questions about options and when the work could start. Novo Lofts upgraded our insulation and boarded out the loft. They communicated well, turned up on time, worked continuously until the job was done and cleaned up afterwards. What more do you need.

The quote was easy to understand and easy to agree a few amendments, such as increasing the area to be boarded. Johann and Pierre answered all my emails and calls promptly and helpfully. They turned up promptly to carry out the work as agreed, were very considerate when bringing in and removing materials and cleaned everything up afterwards. The work was completed efficiently and I’m very happy with the very tidy and well insulated loft space I have now. They even cleared up all the cobwebs for me and fixed my hatch fastening!
