I have engaged Nil and team to carry out work on my house over multiple occasions. The day after I moved in they came to install a new kitchen tap at very short notice, which made a big difference to settling into my home. They also installed a Google Nest thermostat and have carried out plumbing repairs. They have gone beyond plumbing and helped with various fittings in the house. I trust them to do an efficient job and they are always professional.

We have just moved in to an old property where all of the radiators were old, some weren't working at all, some pipes were blocked and the system generally had not been looked after. Neil and Pete completely turned this around. They fitted all new radiators, flushed the system and fitted a filter to the boiler. We were thrilled with their work. They genuinely took pride in what they were doing and ensured they got it right, not just from a performance point of view, but aesthetically as well. Their work was to a high standard and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Two jobs completed by NP Trade during 2021. First was to replace and enhance my ability to turn off the mains water from the street. Previous stop cock etc not useable. Second job was to replace new ball valve in the water tank in the loft. Both jobs done efficiently and with full explanation as to how the new equipment would work to resolve the reported problems.

The boiler was not working. As it was my Grandmother's house, it was urgent that the work be completed quickly. I looked up the Gas Safe Register for engineers to do the work. After contacting more than 5 companies listed who either did not pick up the call or could not do the job for over two weeks, I was very lucky to speak to Peter of NP Trade who arranged for Neil to call me back to take the details. They turned up at my Grandmother's house on the same day and as promised. They did a site inspection to ascertain what needed to be done. They took pictures, explained everything in detail over the phone to me and gave me a quote for the work. They hoped to complete the job in 3 4 days depending on the availability of supplies which they checked out by the next day and confirmed when they would do the job. They took before and after photos and when the job was complete explained what they did over the phone. They were incredibly thorough and professional. I would use them again without hesitation.
