Peter is one of the most reliable tradesmen around, we use him regularly for a range of heating and plumbing needs (and have done for the last 4 years). Peter is a supremely knowledgeable professional who is always quick, clean, and charges a fair rate. We have never had any issues with any of the work Peter has done. NP Trade did a basic boiler service but they didnt have time to leave the service report and promised to send it on. I have been chasing for months but was told "it will be next week" every time i asked. I then complained to checkatrade and they have been trying to get a reply for 3 months and they have been ignored. I paid these people promptly yet they can't be bothersd to provide me with the maintenance records that I am entitled to have.

I have engaged Nil and team to carry out work on my house over multiple occasions. The day after I moved in they came to install a new kitchen tap at very short notice, which made a big difference to settling into my home. They also installed a Google Nest thermostat and have carried out plumbing repairs. They have gone beyond plumbing and helped with various fittings in the house. We have just moved in to an old property where all of the radiators were old, some weren't working at all, some pipes were blocked and the system generally had not been looked after. Neil and Pete completely turned this around. They fitted all new radiators, flushed the system and fitted a filter to the boiler. We were thrilled with their work. They genuinely took pride in what they were doing and ensured they got it right, not just from a performance point of view, but aesthetically as well. Their work was to a high standard and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
