Our requirements were for a kitchen upgrade in our 1970s built house. We needed old ceramic tiles removing from the walls, the kitchen units replacing, new flooring, new lighting and an overhaul of the electrics. Right from our initial meetings with Richard and Sam they gave us excellent advice and led us through the process to define our exact requirements. We were kept fully informed as the design evolved with detailed costs and budget. The work started on the specified date and throughout the process we were kept informed of the daily work schedule. Mess was kept to a minimum and all waste materials removed. All the work was carried out to a very high standard and all the contractors were professional, friendly and extremely competent in their areas. The final kitchen is exactly what we wished for and a testament to the professionalism of all involved. Sam and Richard’s customer service was excellent. We recently had a new kitchen supplied and fitted by Richard and Sam. We had a few meetings at the design state. Sam gave some great practical advice and also worked around what we needed as well as our budget. Richard started and finished at the time agreed. All his contractors were a great group of people. Considering the work done the mess was minimal. Richard asked everyday if we were happy with the work and consulted on the daily work to be done . We had no worry about leaving them to get on with it even if we were not around. Our finished Kitchen is beautiful and we are delighted with it. I would definitely recommend them. Richard, Sam and the team have recently designed, planned and fitted our bathroom and small WC room. From the outset they have been extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and totally professional. Richard and Sam gave us their expert advice and took on board all our requirements during the design process. In the installation process all of the team were respectful and when a significant issue occurred (one that could not have been foreseen, our previous shower had leaked and caused considerable damage to the flooring), Richard immediately communicated this to us and had it sorted with no fuss whatsoever. Oldfield Bathrooms and Kitchens Ltd recently designed, supplied and installed a new kitchen and bathroom for us. Richard corrected minor faults at his own cost, even though fault was with third party equipment.
