We first used only heating when we needed a new boiler fitted. They did a great job at a good price. Since then they have done various small jobs for us. Always reliable and efficient. This week first thing in the morning we discovered a leak. We got in touch at around 08.00. By 12.00 they had responded, sent someone round and sorted the problem. Really impressed!

The work involved the conversion of a vented unpressurised water system to a mains pressure system. The quotation was competitive (not the cheapest) but selected onlyheating.com on the basis of past experience. The plumbers turned up exactly on time and carried out the work neatly and very efficiently. It was good to see that the company had employed a new apprentice - well done.

I recently signed up for your this company's boiler care plan and the engineer attended on 9th December 2020. My wife and I were impressed in all aspects of the Engineers work. From taking precautions when wearing suitable PPE for Covid and to his knowledge that he obviously had of the boiler he serviced. I recently changed from using a National company to giving my trade to a local one and was not disappointed. Despite me paying a National company annually to service my boiler (which was brand new when I put on my extension 6 years ago) they had not been doing it properly. When OnlyHeating.com engineer attended, he showed us the condensate trap, which should have been emptied during each Annual service. This had never happened previously. The engineer carried out a very thorough service and I must say he was a credit to this company. I have already relayed how impressed we were to my colleagues at work. Thoroughly recommended.

From the initial appointment with Paul, I was very impressed with the knowledge and information that was given about various heating systems available and took his time to explain all work within quote. Once lockdown restrictions were lifted, Scott did an exceptional job working on his own to complete work in a timely manner and communicated well explaining the work being carried out each day. Had three quotes for a new boiler to be fitted. What I liked about onlyheating.com was that from the first visit they were so knowledgable which gave me confidence in them. They did not do a sales pitch, Paul did an assessment of what was needed and advised me on what was best for my property and my family. Despite the restrictions around lockdown the company were able to get the job done very quickly (which for me was invaluable due to my old boiler leaking). When the work was being completed the installers were early to arrive at the property and were polite and tidy. The job was completed early and they tidied everything so you would not have known they had been there. Scott and Colin were great and answered all my obscure questions and nothing was too much trouble. I have already recommended the company to friends and family and know that I will use them again with no hesitation.

I invited 3 heating engineers to supply estimates for a replacement boiler. The first didn’t turn up, the second impressed me with work he’d done previously and the third, Which’s trusted trader Only Heating.com, I came across totally by accident after taking advantage of a Which? magazine trial offer. I’ve been a dedicated Which? supporter for almost 60 years, have great faith in their reviews and have never ever been let down by any purchased ‘Best Buy’ product. With only a few pounds separating the two estimates and despite the fact that I was more than happy with the work the other engineer had done previously, I just had to trust the Which? reputation and go with Only Heating.com. I was not disappointed. The team, Paul, his two technicians Colin and Craig, not to forget admin lady Aileen were a pleasure to deal with: punctual, competent and naturally friendly. The installation was carried out in a day with well thought out discreet and tidy pipe work. And ground sheets, plastic overshoes and the final tidy up left the place spic and span. Contacted a number of the larger and more reputable heating service/engineering firms in Aberdeen for quotes and was recommended OnlyHeating.com through a friend. I was looking to renew my old boiler and had contacted a number of companies and received no reply. Contacted Only Heating and had an immediate response to arrange for Paul to visit for compiling a quote. Paul went through the boiler options and work required and within days had a very competitive quote. Due to my shift patterns days available for installation were limited but Only Heating managed to arrange when I was available. Colin the Installer arrived on the arranged day promptly, very friendly and straight to work and my boiler was fitted within the day. Paul arranged to come past and showed how to work the boiler using the table controller and the use of a phone to control my heating. Found Only Heating to be an Honest friendly company and invoiced me the exact cost which had been quoted for even where there was some extra work to install condensate pump. I could not fault the service I recieved and was very happy and had chosen Only Heating.

Paul Allen and his team at ONLYHEATING have looked after my home heating, plumbing and servicing requirements for the last two years to my complete satisfaction. This has included the installation of a new Bosch boiler, an annual service and the replacement of a faulty valve. I have been impressed by their prompt attention, reliability and courtesy and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I have been particularly struck by how helpful all the members of his team have been at answering my questions.

I ordered my replacement combi boiler via the Worcester Bosch FastTrack online service. A Worcester representative called me back the same day to confirm my order, and to let me know that ONLYHEATING.COM are their accredited supplier & fitter in the area, and they would contact me directly to confirm arrangements. Paul Allen called me within a couple of hours to arrange the fitting for my preferred date, which was only 3 days later. Paul's team were friendly, helpful, and faultless in their efficiency.. Some extra work was required to install an internal condensate drain from the new boiler, as my old one didn't have one due to it's age.. Rather than run a new drainpipe outside, which I would've been happy with, they went to the extra effort of running a drain internally, under the floorboards and into an existing bathroom drain. The work was completed on time and to the highest standard, and I wouldn't hesitate to use ONLYHEATING.COM again.. Excellent service!

Paul and his team installed the Boiler for us and work performed was at very high standards. We had a small issue before the works were to start and Paul got this temporarily sorted as well. They cleaned the area after the works and the team was all Good to communicate.

I had a quote for a new boiler and was explained clearly what my options were. I was really pleased with Only Heating. Everyone I've spoken to in the company have always been really thoughtful and considerate - they are a small team but know their market really well. My flat is only small but they spoke to me as if I were a client from a 'big house'! They explained each stage and answered number of my silly questions that I threw at them with patience and knowledge. I was taken back of the skill level that they operated on. They put in long hours and were always considerate when moving any furniture that they needed to work around. I was incredibly delighted in the time frame of the job - which they finished well within the allotted given time slot. I had used Only Heating for smaller jobs previously to this new boiler installment and relocation job. Their number is in my phone and will be the first port of call for any future jobs that may come up.

I requested 5 quotes for my new central heating boiler through the Worcester Bosch website so that i could be guaranteed accredited installers. The 5 people who visited to quote were all of different knowledge levels, some filled you with confidence and some didn't, Paul Allen was one who did. He was a very pleasant guy and explained fully all the different options and possibilities to me. When i received his quote the next day it was very reasonable compared to the others, not the cheapest but almost. However the service provided was worth any extra cost. After i gave the go ahead to Paul he ordered the boiler staring away and arranged the install 2 days later which was very quick. 2 of his team, Scott and Craig arrived on schedule to do the work and got stuck in straight away. They were two very nice lads who used shoe covers when in the house. The boiler install was completed in a day and i was given full instructions from Paul on how to use the system and told me to call him anytime should there be anything i didn't understand and the garage was left spotless on completion. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough as this is the sort of service all companies should provide. Top marks 10/10

After getting 4 quotes, a colleague at work suggested this company as he had work done and was delighted. I got the quote and was amazed at the difference in price - a significant difference I may add. I accepted the quote and selected my preferred installation date. I needed an old back boiler and Baxi (ugly) fire removed, a new Worcester combi boiler fitted with a new hallway control panel. All done and dusted now and I'm utterly delighted with the results. Scott, the engineer, was fantastic. So polite and considerate and kept noise, mess and dust etc to a minimum throughout. I would 100% recommend Onlyheating.com to anyone.
