I have used Mike of Ontrack Computers for ten years since I retired from work. He gives excellent service and extremely reliable and has a lot of patience especially dealing with me as I am profoundly deaf. I have relied on Mike to keep me and my PC going with regular service and to tidy up my mess. My PC died on me Saturday the twenty second of January. Got in touch with Mike on the twenty fourth by text and email. It was collected on the twenty sixth and it was decided, as it was nine years old to replace the computer. Accepted his quote and Mike went ahead and built a new PC including Windows eleven. On Thursday the third of February, had my new PC delivered and set up ready for me to use. Mike gives outstanding service and he is five star and I would highly recommend him.

I have used OnTrack Computers on a number of occasions over the past ten years, most recently to build a new desktop PC to my specifications, to load the software, transfer the files from the existing PC and to set up the new PC and resolve any issues arising. The work was completed in a very short time frame and completed well within the agreed schedule and budget. During the set-up OnTrack provided great support in understanding the operation of the new PC and when there was subsequently a minor issue with one of the peripherals was quick to suggest a suitable solution. I have used Mike Nash for some years now to service and update my laptop antivirus. He is punctual, courteous and always available on the phone to answer any queries.

Mike carried out a comprehensive rebuild of Windows and a thorough internal clean-up of the device. It now goes so fast it's frightening! We have used Mike at On track Computers for several years. He gives our computer an annual service and renew our Anti Virus. He is always punctual and always very efficient.

My laptop had become very slow connecting to the internet. I presumed this to be the signal from the router and living in the countryside. However, after contacting On Track Computers Ltd and Mike taking my laptop to investigate I was rewarded with the laptop having a complete overhaul and a fast internet at a very reasonable cost. Mike was very helpful and informative and I have no hesitation recommending him.

In January Mike advised on the specification of a new desk top pc and supporting ancillary devices, he procured the parts, built it, set it up & then delivered and installed it at home for me. All done to agreed time and costs. His advice was excellent through out the process, with great customer service along with the ever present management of Covid compliance required today. I now have a fantastic new pc that does everything I wanted of it. Additionally Mike has answered a few follow up questions, which are natural in a process like this. Having known Mike for 5 years, I would highly recommend him for all pc maintenance and build work, without hesitation.

Due to the Covid19 lockdown I was pleased to be able to schedule a remote service for my PC including security, virus check, MOT and tune up. It was easy to arrange with simple initial instructions to set up. I was able to discuss any issues with my PC at the start of the service and found the process very efficient. Mike was very helpful and arranged the renewal of my internet security suite at the same time.
