Together we have over 30 years experience in the industry and have been running Optimum since 2004.

Having recently moved to the area it has been so reassuring to find a company I can completely trust and rely on to do perfect work that is well priced. Mark, the boss, is so very capable and kind, and Reece is fabulous too. Both of them are so friendly and polite, they get the work done quickly and efficiently, and they clean up after themselves perfectly too. I would completely recommend them both.

We have used this company since it was recommended to us for a heating system installation by Peterborough City Council. Eventually, through age the boiler and radiator valves needed replacing. A very reasonable quotation was given together with well reasoned advice on replacement choice. Simon and Bradley completed the installation and every care was taken to cause the least inconvenience. Professionalism and courtesy are a hallmark of this company which has carried out all our domestic plumbing and heating services over the past 15 years.

Very impressed with the high standard of workmanship, knowledge and the work undertaken as a whole. The work was undertaken over two days and Bradley & Luke arrived on time on both days. They were polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Completed the work to a very high standard, were always happy to explain the various aspects of the work and left our home clean and tidy. The office were equally efficient, arranging a visit to quote for the work within a few days and then forwarding a written quotation shortly thereafter. Excellent overall service and happy to recommend.

I required lots of guidance when I needed to choose just the right boiler to fit with my existing system and life style. This was well provided for even to the extent of answering my many follow up questions. Having chosen what I wanted the installation went exactly as I was told it would. Simon and Bradley were polite, efficient and courteous. I am very happy with the result and confident that I have the most suitable boiler for my needs. I had contacted Optimum Plumbing and heating to visit to quote me for some work. Two individuals visited me and arranged a quotation. The work was undertaken by Brad and Luke, whom I must thank for their impeccable manners and efficient and tidy work. Both worked diligently and also tidied up after the completion at the end of each day. I am very pleased with their knowledge and skills and am satisfied with the work completed. I would highly recommend Optimum having used them for servicing, repair and replacement. In October Simon came to do our annual boiler service and speaking to him about the possibility of replacing our ageing boiler, Simon did a survey of our system and advised and quoted on what would be the most suitable replacement options. Had a new boiler and associated works fitted at the end of November with Bradley, Reece and Luke doing these works. I have found this company to be reliable, considerate, as well as as polite and tidy hardworking professional team with all work carried out to the highest standards.

On contacting Andrea at Optimum, Bradley and Reece arrived to do an estimate. We were so impressed with their work ethic and interaction with us, that we booked straight away. On the 2 day fitting, Bradley, Reece and Luke arrived and got to work immediately, all working together in a quick and timely manner. Everything was thoroughly tested before they left and both inside and out of the bungalow was cleaned. Refreshing to meet young men with such good manners and friendliness, keeping us informed at every stage. Confident to recommend.

What an excellent company! From the first contact it was evident that Simon was very knowledgeable, and most importantly, was very honest and straight forward. After exploring all options, we settled on the Vaillant Ecotec Plus 836 - an excellent boiler! The installing team arrived on time for this two-day installation, and worked non-stop throughout both days. They were efficient, left no mess, and were friendly and courteous. The work was completed to a very high standard, and I can't praise them enough. I can't see myself using any other company but them in the future!

I’ve used Optimum for lots of jobs around the house, but they have recently attended to install a new combi boiler (moving from the kitchen to the loft) and getting rid of the old hot water cylinder and feeder tanks. Faultless service, very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. Wouldn’t use anybody else.

Called Optimum for a fault on my boiler,2 gents came out same afternoon and completed repair in a timely fashion,checked rest of my system and advised of minor replacement parts needed for a later date. They kept me informed at every stage. Exceptionally knowlegeable, seem very honest and reliable and gets the job done with no fuss, and very reasonably priced for work done. Will gladly use again for all my heating etc needs and will recommend to friends and family.
