Together we have over 30 years experience in the industry and have been running Optimum since 2004.

Optimum installed my new boiler. Simon visited prior to submitting a quote and suggested remedial work in our airing cupboard as well as offering 3 options for the replacement boiler. The installation was completed on the dates agreed. Simon and his colleague minimised the disruption to us, tidied everywhere they worked and we are delighted with everything about the process. We would thoroughly recommend Optimum to anyone else seeking to replace an LPG boiler.

I needed a new combi boiler as my old one wasn’t giving me water hot enough to shower with. They turned up on time just after 8am, I then left them to it until the engineer called me just gone 4pm to say the work was almost completed. He showed me the new instructions for my heating and hot water. The 2 lads cleaned up everything after themselves, I was simply left with a new boiler that is now a pleasure to use when I shower. Polite, professional and friendly, I would recommend this company to anybody who has this problem.

Simon and Bradley came to install a new Boiler and a new Radiator. They worked 2 long days nonstop. They were very knowledgeable and kept me informed all along. They tidied up both days. I would certainly recommend Optimum as they went above and beyond. Great service.

Very happy with the service from Optimum and Luke and Simon. We had a new comfort height toiler installed in my daughters on suite bathroom as the previous one was too small, maybe a child’s one, also had a new tap in my daughters basin in her bathroom and a new tap in the main bathroom fitted. Also Luke managed to fix the slow filling cistern in the main bathroom and fixed the pop up plug in the downstairs cloakroom as it was pushed down by my wife’s cousin when she visited over Easter 2025, and we couldn’t get it up again so we couldn’t use the basin in the downstairs toilet, Luke managed to extract the pop up push down plug and replaced it with a normal plug. He arrived on time and worked diligently all day, and consulted us during the work. The invoice was reasonable for the work involved. Would definitely recommend them. Very professional and helpful.

Simon from Optimum really knows his stuff! He did all the normal checks and service activities on the boiler but also checked the hot water system and it's pressure vessel which was at zero bar so he pumped that back up to 3 bar! Can't recommend these guys enough!

Having recently moved to the area it has been so reassuring to find a company I can completely trust and rely on to do perfect work that is well priced. Mark, the boss, is so very capable and kind, and Reece is fabulous too. Both of them are so friendly and polite, they get the work done quickly and efficiently, and they clean up after themselves perfectly too. I would completely recommend them both.

We have used this company since it was recommended to us for a heating system installation by Peterborough City Council. Eventually, through age the boiler and radiator valves needed replacing. A very reasonable quotation was given together with well reasoned advice on replacement choice. Simon and Bradley completed the installation and every care was taken to cause the least inconvenience. Professionalism and courtesy are a hallmark of this company which has carried out all our domestic plumbing and heating services over the past 15 years.

Very impressed with the high standard of workmanship, knowledge and the work undertaken as a whole. The work was undertaken over two days and Bradley & Luke arrived on time on both days. They were polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Completed the work to a very high standard, were always happy to explain the various aspects of the work and left our home clean and tidy. The office were equally efficient, arranging a visit to quote for the work within a few days and then forwarding a written quotation shortly thereafter. Excellent overall service and happy to recommend.
