About
Orchard Garage Limited is a family run, independent garage based in Dartford.
We MOT, service and repair all makes and ages of cars and vans, we also MOT motorbikes.
We have a good range of used cars for sale on our forecourt, all are fully checked, serviced and come with a year’s MOT. We offer used car finance via Close Motor Finance and a number of other finance providers.
We have courtesy cars available free to our customers and accept all major cards, including American Express.
We take pride in the way we treat our customers and enjoy good relationships built on mutual trust. Many of our customers travel long distances to come back to us having moved away from the area!
We are members of The Good Garage Scheme and many independent reviews of our Garage can be seen on their website too.
As a company we actively support Dartford Cricket Club and also the Ellenor.

I use Orchard garage for my annual service and MOT and they always provide great service, are good value and never suggest unnecessary work. I often use their courtesy cars which makes dropping off and picking up so convenient. Highly recommended.

My dad took his car here as it was hard to start. The technicians took the car in start away and run a few tests to diagnose the issue. This was done very quickly and they informed my dad a new battery was required. The battery was replaced quickly and started perfectly after. Great garage would 100% recommend.

I knew my car would fail its MoT this year, so it was no surprise to be told they would need to keep my car overnight to get the work carried out to rectify the faults. What did come as a pleasant surprise was the offer of a loan car until mine was ready. That is fabulous customer service - delighting me and assuring I will return for any other work my or my wife's car needs. My car was then ready the next day and the bill to sort everything out was very reasonable.

the worked on my car last year broke my cv boot never told me about it.took it back they said they repaired it.this year same garage mot failed due to them damaging my brake pipe and the same cv boot was split,so they didn,t replace cv boot just glued it for cheap fix.they done mot last year only Advisory was worn rear anti roll bar bushes.so my brake pipes were fine as if they weren,t it would have been listed as a advisory last year.suddenly they claim the brake pipe burst on the mot.(yeh course it did.)then want £240 to fix it.stay away heard other.

I used this garage when I had a knocking noise on my car when driving down the A2 I pulled in and ask for assistance, straight away they fitted me in and mechanic took my car for a test drive and then had it up on the ramp. they diagnosed the issue straight away and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. they where very helpful and friendly would recommend.

Car had gone into limp mode. Car restarted OK. Phoned orchard. They said bring it in. (13/12/2016). They traced fault to throttle pedal. Gave a quote for the work, which we agreed. Caught on the M25 in a traffic jam, coil goes. I have to get to Norfolk. My local garage (Central Garage in Tenterden) rang Orchard Garage for me. By the time I arrived, the parts were on their way. Request by Orchard for a motorbike delivery as traffic horrendous, within 1 hour I was on my way again. They were superb in every way.
