About
Orchard Garage Limited is a family run, independent garage based in Dartford.
We MOT, service and repair all makes and ages of cars and vans, we also MOT motorbikes.
We have a good range of used cars for sale on our forecourt, all are fully checked, serviced and come with a year’s MOT. We offer used car finance via Close Motor Finance and a number of other finance providers.
We have courtesy cars available free to our customers and accept all major cards, including American Express.
We take pride in the way we treat our customers and enjoy good relationships built on mutual trust. Many of our customers travel long distances to come back to us having moved away from the area!
We are members of The Good Garage Scheme and many independent reviews of our Garage can be seen on their website too.
As a company we actively support Dartford Cricket Club and also the Ellenor.

Broken back light and indicator. Phoned them at 9.15 and by 12.30 the job was done. Have used this garage for several years and always satisfied with their great service and charges. Very pleasant staff. Can highly recommend them.

Golf coolant pump was playing up and main dealer quoted eye watering amount to fix. Orchard did the work to a high standard at less than half the price quoted by the main dealer..... very happy with the work and cost. I will be back.

I used this garage when I had a knocking noise on my car when driving down the A2 I pulled in and ask for assistance, straight away they fitted me in and mechanic took my car for a test drive and then had it up on the ramp. they diagnosed the issue straight away and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. they where very helpful and friendly would recommend.

Car had gone into limp mode. Car restarted OK. Phoned orchard. They said bring it in. (13/12/2016). They traced fault to throttle pedal. Gave a quote for the work, which we agreed. They said work would be completed by 14/12 am - which it was. They were polite & kept me informed. I was very grateful for their speedy & professional approach.

Orchard Garage are 'old school' in their approach. They are polite, friendly, extremely helpful and cannot do enough for you. They always book the car in when it suits you, which is almost unheard of in big dealerships, and you always get offered a cup of tea! They demonstrate how excellent customer service should be. I phoned up this garage late morning inquiring if i can have an MOT in my motorbike in the afternoon. They gave me an appointment that afternoon, the receptionist was fantastic, made me a cup of tea, and above all my motorbike passed its MOT. Very happy. Highly recommend

Broke down and had to be relayed to garage. Garage received my car at 4.00pm on Thursday and by 10.30am on Monday they had completed the repair which was to replace the clutch. Excellent service from initial phone call to completion. The work was completed to the initial budget and in record time. All staff were very helpful and courteous and kept me informed of progress.

Orchard garages really came to the rescue today when I was let down 5 minutes before my MOT was booked with another garage. I went to the park road branch to see if they had any availability and after ringing through to the Heath lane branch they said they would fit me in straight away over there. I drove round (only 5 minutes away, if that) and was on the ramp within 2 minutes of arriving. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, couldn’t do enough for you. Will be using them in future for any mechanic related needs.
