Orchard Garage Limited

I use Orchard garage for my annual service and MOT and they always provide great service, are good value and never suggest unnecessary work. I often use their courtesy cars which makes dropping off and picking up so convenient. Highly recommended.

the worked on my car last year broke my cv boot never told me about it.took it back they said they repaired it.this year same garage mot failed due to them damaging my brake pipe and the same cv boot was split,so they didn,t replace cv boot just glued it for cheap fix.they done mot last year only Advisory was worn rear anti roll bar bushes.so my brake pipes were fine as if they weren,t it would have been listed as a advisory last year.suddenly they claim the brake pipe burst on the mot.(yeh course it did.)then want £240 to fix it.stay away heard other.

Avoid this garage at all costs – completely untrustworthy experience. I had my car towed here on referral from Henwood Garage (who I now know gave a terrible and incorrect diagnosis). Once my car arrived at Orchard Garage, no diagnostics were run, yet I was told the wiring harness had melted and that repairs would cost between £1,200 and £1,800. When I questioned the wide range, they said they couldn’t be sure until they started the work but were “thinking” it would be around £1,500. I told them I couldn’t afford that and needed time to think about it—and possibly consider scrapping the car. The next day, I got a call offering to buy the car from me, clear a supposed £200 inspection bill, and give me £150 in cash on top. That offer already seemed suspicious, so I did some online checking and was offered £750 elsewhere. When I went back to Orchard Garage with that info, they suddenly came back with a £700 offer, claiming they would just fix it up in their own time and sell it on for profit. This all felt wrong—so I had the car towed to a trusted auto diagnostic centre, who **properly diagnosed and fixed the issue within a day—for just £300. This garage gave a completely misleading diagnosis, quoted an extortionate price, then tried to lowball me on the value of the car so they could profit from the situation. It felt exploitative and dishonest from start to finish. Avoid this place. They are not to be trusted.

I used this garage for a service and the mechanic never replaced the washer cap in my car, the garage never bothered contacting me to replace it so I wont be going back or nor would I recommend them
