We first used Orchid Interiors over 25 years ago to create a new en suite bathroom and fit new bedroom units. In our current property we have just had our bedroom completely re-fitted. On both occasions we have been highly delighted, the service was first class, Ben was always helpful and available, and everything was delivered on time and without any hidden extras. They were able to provide other trades such as electrician and plasterer so the job flowed well and was completed in on time. I thoroughly recommend Orchid Interiors for their friendly, efficient and professional service.

Orchid Interiors have just fitted me a beautiful kitchen and floor. The whole team were fantastic. They worked so hard and were so very patient. The design and ideas were great and the result is a bespoke design kitchen which just fits and works like a dream. The quality of the kitchen as well as the quality of the fit is excellent. A really friendly team with nothing that’s too much trouble. I am over the moon with how the kitchen now looks and would definitely recommend this friendly, hard working and honest company. It’s really great to get trades people that do what they say they will do and are reliable with an excellent quality product and fit.

We can’t rate Orchid Interiors highly enough. From the moment we walked into the showroom for the first time, to the final sign off on the kitchen, Glynn, Ben and the Team have been fantastic. They were patient as we changed the plans over and over due to all the other work we had taking place, and they were always available when we needed to discuss things. We first discover Orchid Interiors over 10 years ago when we required a new bathroom for our very small and unique space. Due to the service received we did not hesitate to contact them again when we extended the house and needed an extensive new kitchen and bathroom in 2013. Seven years later I decided I needed a cupboard door replacement after moving the fridge, although our original kitchen was no longer being sold, Glynn sourced a match and fit the door, we were amazed. So when we decided on a new bathroom in 2021 we knew exactly where we would go. Again we were not disappointed. Glynn and Ben put together a plan, during a Covid pandemic, followed all required and necessary procedures at a great price and with excellent service as usual. Oh, and just to mix things up a bit I asked for a new ceramic sink at the same time, if he could find one to fit with our existing kitchen. Not only do they provide a great service but the after care is unparalleled, Glynn and Ben are reliable and trustworthy, have a great range of products, a budget to suit everyone and the knowledge to advise and provide a unique service for customers, who I’m sure like me, come back time and time again. Fantastic service always, thank you so much I couldn’t recommend you enough.

It seems for some reason, there's always a snag to every purchase or engagement with a supplier/retailer. Something doesn't turn up, it's faulty, doesn't meet expectations or there's poor communication. Every time I buy a product or service I almost brace myself for the inevitable "issues" I know I'm going to encounter. So I was quite apprehensive about parting with a few thousand quid and the impending destruction of my kitchen. I envisaged accidental damage to the parts of the cabinets I was keeping or the new doors being the 'wrong' colour. I was certain something would be amiss. In fact there were some obstacles: the worktop I had chosen was discontinued and the sink was out of stock. So far so predictable. But oh, here's a surprise. Ben zipped straight round with alternative samples and 10 minutes later, we'd chosen another. The sink was sourced elsewhere and the project back on track. Not that it ever wasn't. The carpenter was a delight, nothing was too much trouble and I'm not easy to please (ask my husband)! The project went smoothly, on time, on budget - I'm still in shock and expecting something calamitous to happen or maybe I'm just not used to companies who deliver on their promises. I had originally chosen another local door replacement co. but called Orchid for a comparative quote. Close in cost, I found Orchid not so pushy and liked the fact it's a family business, like my own. It's good to experience another co. who thinks good service is still worthwhile.

We wanted to refresh our kitchen with the minimum cost and disruption. Glynn visited, measured and provided advice on what was possible. He was never pushy - just anxious to meet our needs. We were so impressed we didn’t seek any other quotes and left them to arrange ordering and fitting. Communication was excellent throughout and we achieved the look we wanted at a very reasonable cost and with just one day of fitting. Highly recommended.

Orchid Interiors provided a professional service from start to finish. The whole team were polite, helpful and listened to what was requested also suggesting solutions to our particular situation. The fitters were punctual and kept us informed as to what was happening as well as doing a good job. Glynn and Ben kept in contact to ensure things ran smoothly. Overall costs came in as quoted with no surprises. We are pleased with the finished result and would certainly recommend Orchid Interiors. We would use this company again.

Orchid Interiors supplied and fitted new worktops, new sink and taps for our kitchen. We visited the showroom, which is quite extensive and much bigger than it looks from the outside. Ben then came out and took some measurements. We next selected the new worktops etc from an extensive display. We were supplied with helpful brochures. A fitting date was arranged and hey presto all went according to plan! It is so good to have work done by people who are experienced and helpful. We are really pleased with the results and would be happy to recommend this company to all our friends and family.
