I had a new laptop to replace my old main frame computer. James installed new office 2024, new online cyber security, external DVD and transferred over all my old data and then instructed me on the new features of the programes.

James came to sort out a printer to laptop issues I was having, he also rectified a problem where my laptop sometimes didn't come on, and talked me through the issues. James takes the time to speak to you about what is happening, and how he can put it right. He is very knowledgeable and always tidies up after himself

I use Our Technician regularly to keep my computer (both hardware and software) up to date and most importantly secure. On this occasion, I thought if I did an 'update' it would be straightforward - it wasn't. Thankfully, I was able to get interim advice and support from Our Technician until a home visit could be organised and this worked well. On the home visit, all was reset, updated and most importantly worked with no issues - particularly no loss of data or files. Everything is continuing to work well. Just as importantly, I also feel reassured that professional help will be on hand if needed.

This is not the first time James has undertaken work on my computer to solve problems. He responds promptly and asks questions that help him to diagnose problems. On this occasion he was trying to find the problem with my TalkTalk email. He persisted and eventually resolved the issue. His extensive knowledge is very reassuring. He is always willing to explain what he is doing in a way I can understand, and is happy to answer questions. I have every confidence in his work and would be happy to recommend him highly

At a time when I was unable to access or send emails, our technician took on the problem. He diagnosed the possible cause, reassured me that it was unlikely that my computer had been compromised, and set about resolving the problem. He undertook to talk to my email provider and act on my behalf, taking an active part in resolving the problem in 24 hours. The relief of having our technician working on the problem was tremendous. I had been very concerned about the possibility of being scammed. I knew that he would work on the problem until it was resolved.

Our Technician have dealt with all our computer-related needs for about 10 years, including providing and installing new computers and laptops and dealing with the entire range of issues that arise. James seems incredibly knowledgeable and can always provide expert, up-to-date and cost-effective advice in any situation. We know we can place complete trust in his advice and his work, and his charges for his work seem very reasonable. I would be very alarmed if he retired or moved away to a different part of the country!

I have been using James for the past five years, both for work in London and at home in Beckenham, and I honestly cannot recommend him enough. He is always extremely helpful, and no problem seems too difficult for him to solve. We all know how frustrating it is when laptops, Wi Fi, or other technology does not work, but one call to James, and he is either able to fix it over the phone or come in person very quickly. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. I have recommended him to friends and colleagues, and I will continue to do so without hesitation.
