WHILST THESE SYSTEMS HAVE THEIR UNIQUE PLACE IN THE MARKET IT IS OUR CONTENTION THAT TRADITIONAL METHODS ARE STILL THE BEST, AS DO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS. UNLIKE ANY WATERFED POLE SYSTEM WE USE VERY LITTLE WATER, THAT IS TO SAY LESS THAN 10 GALLONS A DAY, ALL OF WHICH IS DRAWN FROM A TOTALLY SUSTAINABLE SOURCE OF RECYCLED RAINWATER. I needed a window cleaner and found OUTLOOK on line where the company description matched what I required. Mark responded to my phone call and came to my house within the hour. He gave me an immediate written quotation which I accepted and he did the work there and then. The standard of the work was excellent and I was happy to arrange with Mark for another clean in 3 months time which was what I wanted. Mark was very helpful and content to meet whatever interval I wanted. He provided an invoice which matched the quote for the work done and was flexible about and content with my preferred payment method. We live in a Victorian built semi-detached house with many trees close by. The height to the gutters is significant but Outlook used a camera on a pole with a vacuum suction to clear all the debris. They were clean and efficient and carried out the work very well. I would definitely use the company again in the future and would recommend them to other householders.

Hard working father and son. They worked non stop for 21/2 - 3 hrs in pouring rain for quite a lot of that time. Very polite. I had a full valet service, windows plus frames plus a large conservatory including a roof that hadn’t been cleaned for at least 4 years. I was concerned having all this work done in the rain but one week later and lots more rain my windows are still crystal clear. I don’t know what they use but it seems to work. I liked that they use ladders and hands on rather than an extension brush, better for cleaning in detail. Will use them again.

The request for the work was made at 10am and they arrived as promised within an hour. They quoted a price for the work that I requested, which I was happy with, clarifying the VAT payable. The two window cleaners worked hard for two hours and on completion provided the invoice. I have examined the work completed and am happy with the service provided. They agreed to return in three months time to regularly clean the front windows only. I was very happy with the service and will be recommending them to a neighbour who has recently sought details of a non pole window cleaner.

Mark and his son hand cleaned the windows inside and out on my three storey Georgian townhouse. The windows had not been cleaned for a year and they worked hard and did a very good job. I telephoned, Outlook Window Cleaning, on the recommendation of a neigh bough , and left a message with my enquiry on Tuesday 26 October 2021. Mark from Outlook rang back later that day and we arranged for him to come out on Friday 29 October 2021 , c. 10.30am, he told me the cost at the same time, which I agreed to. At about 10.30am on Friday , Mark phoned me to say he was outside the property. He quickly had his ladders up and removed a large bagful of debris from the gutters, when he had finished he showed me this debris, gave me his invoice, which I had agreed to pay via BACS. It make a refreshing change for a tradesman to deliver what he promised. I will recommend Outlook Window Cleaning to any one requiring windows cleaned or gutters cleaned out.

Again arrived on time checked all the gutters-front, side and back-informed me the rear gutter was blocked- rainwater had been pouring over in a heavy downpour. Cleared the gutter -almost a full bucket from just the one side and left everything clean and tidy. The price was exactly as per the quote. Interestingly we had someone come round the week before with a camera who informed me the gutter was completely clear- which it patently wasn't. I saw these chaps cleaning a house opposite and I have been looking for a traditional window cleaner (not someone with a reach pole / water system), they happily obliged and got my windows cleaned there and then, great job and both very pleasant and friendly. Would recommend. Traditional window cleaning is more expensive then pole systems but the standards are much higher and often a better end result.

I was very impressed by Mark's enthusiasm and commitment to high quality service. Overall I was very pleased with the result. The only minor concern I had was that a roof tile got chipped when he went up onto my kitchen extension roof in order to do the Velux windows and the bedroom windows at the rear. I followed Mark's truck and took a photo of his ad. Texted him and he replied immediately. He came round I person the next day and gave a quote. Appointment made which suited me and was within a week of seeing him. Mark and his son cleaned all the external Windows and bi- folding doors. Also, cleared out a huge amount of moss and debris from the gutters. Price reflected quote. They were quick, professional, cleared up after the job and worse shoe protectors inside. Have used Outlook before, so when I phoned them again the other day, I naturally expected to be greeted in the same polite manner shown by a company that still believes in delivering great customer service. The first time I was looking for a company to clean out my gutters, it seemed a bit of a lottery, with many companies to choose from so I picked Outlook Window Cleaning. Well, if it was a gamble then I guess I must have struck lucky. Was amazed at the speed it all happened, and being made to feel immediately that I had made contact with the right company for the job. Naturally I called Mark again the other day for a repeat performance. I would have been crazy to call anyone else. As promised, Mark turned up this morning, did the job and left me with the same feeling again, that here is a man/company who really wants the business unlike quite a few that really don't care whether they do or don't. I say call in Outlook with confidence. I know I'm not going to look anywhere else.

Gutters overflowing. Urgent 'phone call to Mark. He arrived within a couple of hours and did a great job. Removed the hedgehogging as they were causing more harm than good. Cleaned out the gutters, fitted down pipe covers and checked that next doors gutters would not impede the drainage. I would definitely recommend Outlook.

Following some very heavy rainstorms our gutters overflowed, partly due to blockages and impeded flows in some hard to reach gutters both on and above our conservatory. Mark was able to attend to the situation very quickly after our call to him. After assessing the issues he had all the required equipment to hand to both get up to the gutters, remove several bucket loads of muck and then washout and clean the gutters through, so that they now run cleanly. Very impressed and good value too!
