Oxon Energy Ltd installed an air source heat pump at our domestic property in March this year. The work was done to schedule by highly professional, thoughtful, and cheerful technicians. We were and are delighted with the results of their work. The men were friendly and sensitive to our needs and have been available for questions since the installation and commissioning. We could not have been more pleased with our experience with Oxon.

Air source heat pump installation to replace a gas fired boiler. Good information at all steps, no pressure and although the radiators in 2 rooms were marginally smaller than the calculation indicated would be needed. Advice was to see whether we had an issue with heating in the house and upgrade later if necessary. Pretty good at responding to queries in new technology. Grant was sorted and received in a timely way. Would highly recommend as a supplier.

Oxon Energy installed an 8kw Midea air source heat pump at our property in 2022, including replacing the hot water cylinder. They provided a detailed quote, arranged for the heat loss calculations to be performed, provided a revised (lower) quote based on the heat loss calculations, and performed the work in a timely and efficient manner. Oxon Energy suggested trying the heat pump with the existing upstairs radiators to save on the cost of replacing them, but the radiators were unfortunately too small to sufficiently heat the upstairs, so we later arranged for Oxon Energy to replace the radiators which they did without issue. Oxon Energy has just performed the first annual service and all is working well. Overall, a very pleasant company to deal with and very knowledgeable. They also sorted the reimbursement for the boiler upgrade scheme, which was very welcome!

Oxon advised on and installed a Clivet air source heat pump and 2 Midea air conditioning units as part of a major house refurbishment. in what is a new area for most people I found their advice clear and helpful and their work was carried out to a high professional standard

Oxon fitted an air source heat pump system and new radiators in our old property. They were helpful and professional throughout. We are very happy with the work and would recommend them.

I am very grateful to Oxon Energy, particularly their director Joe Pollock, who have made my vision of heating and providing hot water for my house by using the river water as a source for the heat pump. I had been researching this solution but could not find anyone to make this a reality. The manufacturers of the Blade that sits in the river introduced me to Joe and that was the best thing to happen for this project. Oxon Energy scoped out the project and provided a relatively simple solution, however we hit a major obstacle with the Environment agency who did not want the Blade sited in the river even though it would not be providing any obstacle to the river traffic. To his credit, Joe just saw this as another challenge that could be overcome and with the manufacturer of the Blade devised a solution of siting this in the river but within my boundary. This necessitated considerable piling work along the river but again Joe was able to source a company that carried out this work efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I now have a heat pump that is served by the river and provides all my heating and hot water needs. I have my vision come to life and we have said goodbye to the gas meter!

Oxon Energy carried out an initial survey and then, after submitting a quotation, installed an Air Source Heat Pump in each of two houses that we own. The work was carried out very quickly and efficiently and completed on time. For the last two years, both heat pumps have worked extremely well providing heating and domestic hot water throughout the year as required.
