I contacted Oxyplump thinking that they probably wouldn’t be interested in a small job of a leaky tap. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I was phoned with 10 minutes of submitting my enquiry online and someone came out within an hour. New taps were fitted as the old ones had seized. Job done within 40 minutes. Really pleased and happy with the service. Received invoice not long after job was completed and was able to pay in the Oxyplumb shop which was really convenient. Would have no hesitation in recommending them and using them again.

Leigh was prompt in responding to my first email and the guys turned up on time and did a great job fitting a new shower pump. The cost was just the cost of the part and an hour's labour. Completely transparent and great value. Another little job, the leaky shower head, was fixed without me asking and no cost. I'll definitely use again.

Fantastic. Honestly the best plumbing & Boiler company we have ever used. They answer the phone turn up when they promise and do an exceptional job for a well priced cost. Amanda and Leigh provide updates as to the arrival time of the there fitter who turned up early and then proceeded to do a few extra bits at no extra charge. Our boiler broke down on Sunday evening during recent very cold spell. Called Oxyplumb on Monday morning. Appointment made later that morning. Engineer arrived on time, analysed problem, explained cost of work, went to collect spare part, returned quickly, got boiler working again, stayed to ensure all was well. Couldn't fault this excellent service.

Oxyplumb were engaged to repair an old Oil Boiler, they responded within an hour of my e mail, arranged an engineer appointment, attended and attempted a repair, but advised it might not work as the boiler had been flooded! The Boiler ended up B.E.Repair, They then quoted a fair price for a replacement. The new Worcester Greenstar Boiler was installed asap by a very friendly professional engineer. I have used Oxyplumb before and because of their great service I asked them to install a Hive heating control system. Matt arrived promptly and did a great job. This involved four separate thermostats (3 to control underfloor heating valves) and gaining access to an inaccessible boiler control box. He patiently installed everything and despite the complexity everything has worked perfectly. Great job, thank you. I'd have no hesitation in asking Oxyplumb back again should the need arise.

Having received 5 quotes to change my old boiler and hot water cylinder, I chose Oxyplumb due to their very competitive quote and great reviews. I will look no further going forward as Roberto and Kevin did an excellent job. The fellas arrived promptly, protected my carpets and cleaned up before leaving each day. Roberto was very helpfully in explaining what they would be doing every day and when the job was done, he talked me through how to use the new system. I was also impressed with customer services, as the office kept me informed about who would be showing up and at what time. Roberto and Kevin did a fantastic job fitting a new boiler for us. It was a tricky piece of work as the flue had to be completely re-routed. We were impressed by their knowledge and the quality of their work but also by their courtesy and helpfulness. Roberto in particular went above and beyond in helping us address a number of unexpected issues. It was a pleasure having both of them in the house: they arrived on time, were scrupulously conscientious in cleaning up, and all their work was to the highest quality. I also found Oxyplumb very efficient in keeping us informed before the work started. Very easy to deal with. We shall certainly ask them to carry out annual service on the boiler and I have no hesitation in recommending the firm to others.

After gathering quotes for a new boiler as my old boiler was on its last legs, then checking out the reviews – I decided to go with Oxyplumb’s and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish they’ve been brilliant, friendly office staff and excellent communication And the heating engineers Roberto and Josh did an exceptional job with the boiler install incredibly punctual and they took real pride in their work, the installation was completed to a really high professional standard and actually exceeded my expectation by completing the work ahead of schedule, leaving the property clean and tidy – can’t speak highly enough of them both. After a phone call to the office, Lee came to look at our 25 year old unreliable boiler. A replacement plan was agreed and an acceptable quote quickly followed. A date was agreed for he work to start. Spot on time Matt and Kevin arrived to start the replacement. A slight hic up occurred when the boiler supplier delved the wrong boiler. Soon sorted by Matt and Kevin although it did cause a delay to the work. However all praise to Matt and Kevin they finished on the installation on time. Leaving the installation area clean and tidy. Thankyou for a good service.

We had a toilet which was leaking when we flushed it. We called Oxyplumb. Their engineer arrived ahead of time expected and saw the problem for himself. He immediately knew what to do and had the job within an hour. He was very friendly and efficient and explained in layman's terms how the leak had developed and how he repaired it.

This was my first experience with Oxyplumb and I couldn’t be more pleased. From first contact to completed job - to service an unvented cylinder and get a kick spacer heater functioning properly - everything was friendly and efficient. The plumber Matthew is a gem, as are Lisa and Gloria in the office. Communications by email and text were excellent. Everything was as agreed and on budget. Needless to say, Oxyplumb will now be my go to plumbers.

After some 35 years the time came to change our trusted oil boiler. From the first visit to check out the job for a quote, I felt that this was the company to do the work. We got other quotes all came back in the same range, but something told me to use Oxyplumb. How Happy I am I did. Lisa kept me informed on when work would start and who to expect when. Bless Matt and the others that worked on getting the job done. After so long it was a bit of a job to change things, old pipework in the wrong places, sockets not where they were needed. Four days and a lot of banging and setting the fire alarm off due to welding fumes, its all done. They all cleaned up after themselves as they went along. Even when it was found that I needed a new water tank as the old one was leaking they fitted it into the job. Excellent work, friendly guys, kept informed of what was happening. Not going to worry now when winter arrives and I fire up the heating, it's going to work.
