Oxyplumb Ltd came to our rescue when we had a total failure of our central heating and hot water. Within one week they had assessed our system, provided options for the remedial work, and carried out a full repair. Lisa was excellent and helped to secure an early date for the job and provided us with the reassurance we needed to proceed. Roberto and Josh did a fantastic, clean and tidy job over 2 days. Both were very professional and respectful and took the time to explain what they were doing. We would definitely recommend!

From Leigh, the boss, who offered us different options for the siting of a replacement boiler and providing a very competitive quote; then Lisa, who managed the complete scheduling administration and communications faultlessly; to the great pair of engineers Roberto and Kevin who completed and commissioned the installation within the planned time, on budget, and going the extra mile for the client. A relative, staying with us for a while, used the tap on the wash basin as a hand hold while trying to haul himself into the standing position. This broke a pipe under the basin and water was quickly flooding the cloakroom, hall and sitting room. As soon as alerted to the crisis I tried to find a plumber who could help us with some haste. I had not used Oxyplumb before but had heard of them from clients who had recently had need of a plumber. To my great surprise, Oxyplumb answered the phone immediately and a lovely lady was soon assuring me that a plumber would be with us within 15mins. They were true to their word and stemmed the flow very quickly. A couple of days later (after the weekend) they returned at the agreed time and effected the repair and replacement of the tap. Courteous, clear and helpful - communicating well with text when an appointment needed to be moved due to another emergency. Sincere thanks

Oxyplumb Ltd carried out the annual service of our central heating system to-day, Matt was our engineer who was exactly on time he was friendly and promptly carried out the service. It was completed within around 35/40 minutes. Oxyplumb had originally installed the system c/w radiators during August 2018 and because they had carried out the work efficiently, completed it on time and on budget. Quite honestly I did not want to involve any other company. I strongly recommend Oxyplumb.

I have used Oxyplumb for a number of jobs now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else now. What I like about their service is the following: Great communication - I always get an answer during working hours, they're quick to provide quotes/respond to emails. Professionalism - they have cleared some tricky boiler faults and I trust them to provide good advice - I went with their choice of water softener having done my own research. They also provide good value for money and you're guaranteed a friendly, efficient service. To top it all they have also incorporated some 'tech' into their service with text updates on tradesman arrivals etc. All in all, a first class operation - highly recommended - an example for others to follow.

Having been quoted extortionate prices by other people, I was relieved to have OxyPlumb recommended to me at a lower price by Amanda Oxendale who was so lovely and helped me during my little crisis. The engineer who turned up was not only on time, but a tad early. When I told him I wasn't quite ready yet and apologised, he was really lovely about it and said it was no problem - waiting outside while I quickly cleared the area he'd need. He was very polite, easy to talk to and even gave me tips about using a gas cooker as I'd never owned one in my entire life before. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend using Oxyplumb. We have used them for a couple of years and the thing I like about them is their clear communication, they respond promptly to enquiries and do their best to be there for you as soon as possible and follow up by email afterwards. Having a team rather than being a one-man band helps with their early availability and we have been put at ease and been impressed with all four or five of the engineers who have helped us. We have used them for boiler services and central heating issues. Also for plumbing in a dishwasher. If a part can be fixed rather than replaced they will do that to save you money and they get the job done promptly rather than dragging things out to be able to charge for more time.

I am not one for leaving reviews but was so impressed with the professionalism and service from Roberto of Oxyplumb, installing a new Combi-boiler and removing all the redundant pipework and tanks from our old system. The professionalism stood out, not just in terms of the installation, but other things like tidying away tools, cleaning up, and being on time. A first class experience from Oxy-plumb all the way through from their initial visit and advice, to completion of the work. Highly recommend.
