Craig and Josh from Oxyplumb have just completed my lovely new bathroom. The old suite was removed, then new suite, tiling, radiator and shower were all fitted within four days. They worked hard, and were friendly and respectful of my property. At each stage of the fitting, I was consulted to make sure it was done to my wishes. I've been a customer of Oxyplumb several times previously - for a new boiler, services and other more minor works, and have always been impressed by the staff and their efficiency.

Efficient, Polite, Tidy, good Customer Service communications. The team carried out repairs in my works rest rooms and heating system. New boiler, reposition radiators and general plumbing work. Leigh clearly knows his subject from initial site survey to recommending the best system for the situation. He also approaches any problems that might arise in a cool, calm manner checking through diagnostics in a logical order until he finds the cause (if he hasn't already worked it out). James and josh doing the installation were polite and pleasant to have around. They both get on with the job in hand without fuss. Lisa in the office brings it all together, managing enquiries, bookings and appointments. She has been super-efficient and helpful from start to finish of the project and managed to juggle things to fit in a couple of unexpected site visits at short notice when the need arose. Their automated system sends appointment reminders by text and lets you know when the engineer is on his way, very useful. Prices are comparable to similar work I had done on a previous property about 18 months ago. Highly recommended all round.

Completed a difficult job after a gas boiler completely failed. Diagnosed the problem and corrected it a day earlier than promised. Completed additional work promptly. Always on time, polite, friendly and very competent, and always keeping me informed about the work needed before and during it. Really up to the mark-the best I have used for plumbing!!!

I have used Oxyplumb to look after my gas boiler for 4 years now and whenever an engineer comes to the house they are always friendly, polite and respectful and work efficiently and professionally. Customer liaison is excellent, Lisa ensures that everything to do with the visit is communicated to the customer so that you are always up to date with all aspects of the job.

Once again I have used the services of Oxyplumb, this time for annual boiler maintenance. As before, communication to arrange the service was excellent. On the day, the service had to be postponed for a couple of hours because of an emergency elsewhere. Not a problem, as I was informed in good time of the re-scheduled arrival of the service engineer. Matt's work (the engineer whom I have known for a number of years) was again: tidy, 'short, sharp and down to the point'. Overall, a positive experience, yet again.

Oh my goodness, the chaps from Oxyplumb were excellent when they came to fix a boiler issue at my home. Leigh in particular was really helpful especially as it was a Saturday afternoon and he was as thorough as if it was a weekday, Taking the time it needed fix the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys and this company and will be passing their details onto my friends.

I had water coming trough my ceiling. rang and spoke to Leigh who sent an engineer out the same day fast response found the issue rapared all in same day quote was whay I payed no surprises and even did the hoovering lol top service cant thank you enough

We had a new boiler replaced and Hive installed. All the work carried out was to a very high standard. Both Leigh & Tom where very polite and trusting. They knew what they was doing and got on with the job in hand and completed it in good time too. Very little mess was created over all. Small hiccup along the way with the wiring. We was kept informed with this and it was soon resolved without having to pull up carpets and floor boards etc as a simple solution was suggested which didn't involve running a cable from the boiler to the airing cupboard. Over all very impressed with the service and work by Oxyplumb. Communication was good throughout. Definitely would recommend them.

I contacted Oxyplumb Ltd after seeing an advert on Facebook, sent a message and had a quick reply making an appointment . Came out two days later receiving a text to say the estimated time of arrival and who was coming. Quick clean great service and also received some good information about updating my boiler. Would highly recommend the company and will definitely use them again.

Lee came out to fix our boiler within just a few hours. Fix it within 20 mins...very honest and explained what the problem was. This is the second time I’ve used him, and would recommend to anyone. One of only a few LPG Engineers our there!

Despite the current difficulties, Oxyplumb were able to fix our water, gas and radiators professionally and safely. They amended their quoted price to reflect work which was able to be done, and were competitively priced. We would recommend them without hesitation.

My central heating boiler broke down over Christmas and I had great difficulty in getting a replacement until I found OXYPLUMB. Within 2 days from my first contact, Matthew and Leigh had fitted a new boiler. They were very efficient and did a neat and tidy job. Excellent service.

Annual Service of Worcester Bosch Combi boiler Carried out basic service and remedied 2 minor safety issues (at a reasonable extra cost). The service was booked 2 to 3 months ahead so no problems in fixing a date and more importantly Oxyplumb honoured the date, unlike a previous company that I had used in the past The engineer was very polite and a mine of information and a pleasure to have in the house. He explained the safety issue - essentially builders not having properly sealed the extractor duct and gas inlet pipe in the external wall. All in all, I am very satisfied with Oxyplumb and will use them again.

Roberto arrived on time, did a great job and left the house tidy. What more could you ask for. Thanks to all at Oxyplumb.

Excellent professional installation of combi-boiler provided by Roberto in extreme heat conditions. The work was competitively priced and carried out to a high standard. Clear instructions on boiler functions were also provided. A follow-up later from Lisa and her team at the office with warranty and service requirements. Such a lovely and friendly team who communicate well with each other.

I am an established Oxyplumb customer having had a replacement Worcester Boiler installed three years ago & subsequent servicing & certification work carried out. In addition various ancillary work including tap replacement & LPG valve fitting. All work has been carried out to a high standard & on time by knowledgeable, friendly & tidy professionals. Communication is excellent from the team. Recommended.

50 year old boiler, central heating and associated tanks had been subjected to; loft conversion in 1994, kitchen extension in 2015 all without complaint despite being told in 1986 it may not be up to the job! Oxyplumb arrived and listened to concerns and requirements and gave ideas and choices. We chose to have a Worcester combi boiler (oil fired as before) which then allowed us to free up and use both a cupboard downstairs where the hot water tank was housed plus a storage area upstairs which housed the cold water tank and header tank for the central heating. Further to this they removed the pump for the upstairs water supply that was installed for loft conversion. Also renewed the flueline in the chimney The pipework was rerouted, renewed and tidied up considerately and far nicer than expected. Matthew and Kevin seem unphased by anything and they were polite, friendly and very competent. We are so pleased with the whole Oxyplumb experience. Another bonus is that we have increased pressure in downstairs shower and in the new kitchen.

I'd been let down by my regular plumber so was looking someone to take over. I was impressed by all the positive reviews and can confirm my experience was also very good. A small job (replacing a kitchen tap) and found them to be courteous and professional throughout + reasonable rates. I will now be using them for all my future plumbing needs.
