Oxyplumb Boiler Services

I contacted Oxyplumb after finding them through Which. We did a total strip out and refurbishment of our house four years ago. The plumbing has been a real disappointment. Oxyplumb came in, identified various problems and we agreed that some major changes were required. There were storage tanks taking up space which were never used, a filter system which wasn't in use and a very expensive pump which has been removed. Our oil bills were also horrendous. The house is warmer, and we are delighted.

Back in the time before Christmas, the trusty old Ideal boiler was showing its age. Not really economical to repair so had a Worcester Bosch unit installed by Matt and Kevin. Floorboards needed lifting to install the condensate drain and on being reinstated, you would never know the carpet had been lifted. Matt installed the boiler and the flue proved to be a challenge but nonetheless overcome. Everything tidied up and no mess left at all. Shall certainly use again and recommend. Price was as expected and hoped for and Amanda a pleasure to deal with.

New external combi boiler fitted. From first contact for a quotation to completion, it was an excellent customer experience. Every pre-order question answered promptly and with clarity. Oxyplumb carried out a straightforward boiler service - the second that they have done for me. I found both services to be done in a most satisfactory manner and my boiler is working well. I find Oxyplumb to be a very good company to deal with - appointments easy to arrange and kept. Service engineer was very pleasant. Overall I am most satisfied with Oxyplumb and will definitely be using them again.

I used Oxyplumb to install a new boiler following the break down of our existing unit. From start to finish they were excellent in all regards. Lisa, the office manager, is friendly and efficient and kept me updated at all times and Mathew and Josh who did the install were great too. Always in touch and keeping you informed, there when they say they will be, and do the job quick and efficiently, to the quote provided. What more can you ask from a company. Have used them for five years now for our regular boiler maintenance and can't say enough about them, especially compared to other bigger national brands who didn't deliver half the service.

Oxyplumb serviced our gas boiler yesterday and they were excellent as always. Robert the service engineer arrived on time, was very pleasant and carried out the service in an exemplary manner. I would recommend Oxyplumb without hesitation.

This is the second review I have submitted for a boiler service. The first for my mother in law and now for myself. The engineer Roberto came out on time, was polite and did an exceptional job. Including fitting a couple of pipe clips as they were missing. The administration is first class from Lisa. Keeping you up dated through out with reminders and sending out the bills. Have used them for a few years and would recommend as the service always first class.

Good responsive company, have used them a couple of times now, once for a boiler service and recently for some minor maintenance. Clear quotes were provided on both occasions and the plumber carried out the work on time and efficiently. We are returning customers and recently had to call Lisa in the office for a replacement pressure vessel to be fitted on our IVT system. An appointment was immediately booked and Matt arrived at the agreed time, did the job and left the area clean and tidy. The big thing I like about Oxyplumb is they're reliable and communicate if theres any problem, delay etc. I have already recommended them to lots of my friends and acquaintances.

Mike, the technician who handled this check, was fantastic - punctual, professional, and thorough. He also took the time to explain everything and shared helpful maintenance tips. Lovely work from Rob and Josh from Oxyplumb changing all our radiators. Good advice, really tidy work keeping disruption to a minimum and just thoroughly nice chaps to have in the house! Highly recommended.

Leigh, John and the Oxyplumb team are a credit to the plumbing trade - responsive, efficient, and professional. They fixed my megaflow boiler issue promptly, despite it not being a straightforward fix - really know their stuff! A small, unforeseen follow-up snag was also dealt with immediately, which was greatly appreciated. Always communicative and on time.

Work carried out included, providing and installing new shower unit, fitting new mono swivel tap to bathroom wash basin, fitting new WC seat and replacing cold supply to WC. Excellent service, good detailed quote and plumbers arrived on time as notified. All operatives were extremely courteous and pleasant and we would not hesitate to use this company again. We have already recommended Oxyplumb to two other friends how are planning work in the future.

We engaged Oxyplumb to replace our boiler and found the service provided from initial call through to completion an absolute pleasure. Having worked in the construction industry all of my career I perhaps can be somewhat critical, yet could not fault the service provided by either the Office Team or the Installation Team. The process was started on time and completed early with no mess or disruption. Communication is simply first rate. It was refreshing to note that apprentices are being employed and provided with first rate training. Lee offered great advice on both this and forthcoming projects, Amanda was a consumate professional and the installation team were second to none. We have found a new company of choice and will be in touch for our larger project next year. Pricing was at market rates, availability was extremely flexible, the installation was to an extremely high standard and the works were completed early. I fail to see what more a customer could need. Very good experience, service was carried out quickly and efficiently. Engineer was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and happy to explain what he was doing and why. Price was reasonable considering the quality of the service. Would definitely recommend Oxyplumb, first time I've used them but I will use them again in the future.
