Oxyplumb annually service my boiler and if we have any little niggles with taps etc. they always fix them without any extra charge. I have just had some quotes in for a new boiler installation and they beat another quote I obtained by £700 even when they included a better (Worcester) boiler. I am certain they will do a professional and brilliant job and would recommend all of the plumbers they use to anyone.

I had a leaking radiator valve and looked at the Oxyplumb website and found Leigh was offering video calls to diagnose faults. We set up a call and he was very quickly able to offer advice that allowed me to fix the problem myself. Fantastic service all for free. I would definitely recommend giving it a go if you have a small problem to fix.

Oxyplumb have completed our boiler service twice now and on both occasions the staff arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. They leave the place clean and tidy. We've also used Oxyplumb to solve an issue with the heating timer and the new part was ordered and fitted within a couple of days of the problem being identified. I highly recommend both Roberto and OxyPlumb. Roberto has gradually been improving our temperamental heating system, with OxyPlumb working around our timeframe and budget. He has really gotten to grips with understanding our set up and goes out of his way to solve problems. After years of issues and unreliability Roberto has got our boiler and system working so well the house is so quick to get up to temperature now. We can now go ahead with our bathroom renovation plans knowing the system is working well.

Oxyplumb swapped out my old oil boiler, installed the gas boiler, all the pipework and even arranged for the oil tank to be removed. All the work was so neat and tidy, just 1 engineer working on his own and arriving on time each morning (it was a 3-day job). I would highly recommend Oxyplumb. We used Oxyplumb for our boiler service after we were let down by another supplier. Their communication was first class, reminding us by phone and email of the time of the appointment and then updating us when a potential had to be made. Matt turned up exactly when they said. The boiler service itself went very smoothly, They told us what they had found and what they advise should be done on the next service. We received a completed gas service certificate. The charge for the service was very acceptable. We will be using them again.

Our boiler died last Friday morning. We have used Oxyplumb before and were impressed, so they were the first people I called. By Friday evening I had accepted a quote and the new boiler was fitted yesterday (Tuesday). Every aspect worked smoothly. Excellent communications at every stage. Arrived when they said they would and the work was carried out to a high standard, efficiently and quickly. All was clean and tidy when finished. I really couldn't have asked for more.

Today Kevin came to our property to install an outside water tap to the front of our property. The new tap was taken off of the back garden tap, through the garage wall, inside the garage and then back out to a front garden exit point. The work was carried out on the day and time given, the work was extremely neat and extra care taken to make the pipe work blend into the background. Kevin consulted with me on all aspects of the job to ensure everything was going where required. He cleaned up in areas where mess had been made and was polite and friendly. The invoice emailed to me was exactly as quoted which was a nice surprise and companies usually try to add on a bit here or there for "extras". I would totally recommend Oxyplumb to family, friends and neighbours and will continue to use them in the future.

We contacted this firm after unsatisfactory experiences with two other heating engineering firms. The first difference with Oxyplumb is that, miracle of miracles, they get back to you when you ring. The team as team are punctilious about making, tracking and keeping appointments. They remind you about an approaching visit and if their engineer is going to be twenty minutes late, you are notified. Every detail of our boiler replacement went faultlessly, from preliminary discussion to delivery of the new unit to follow up. The work was done at the scheduled time and at exactly the, very fair, quoted price. I cannot recommend this Oxyplumb Boiler Services highly enough.

Oxyplumb was recommended to us for replacing our gas boiler and we were not disappointed. All appointments were kept and any queries were answered promptly. They kept us up to date with everything before and after the installation. The boiler was fitted on the date scheduled. It was not a straightforward job as the boiler had to be moved to another position. The engineers were very efficient, hardworking and polite. They tidied up after themselves and explained the workings of the new boiler and programmer. Everything went according to plan and budget. Excellent service from estimate to completion of job.

We experienced our boiler cutting out from early December. We had a contract with a National Company who decreed that the fault was nothing to do with them. A site visit from Oxyplumb, solution explained, and quote received promptly. Scheduled day was brought forward by twenty four hours. They were very tidy in his work, and explained what was being done. We had a full system flush, and the heating system was converted to a pressurised system. At the end of the day we had a lovely warm house. At all times we were kept up to date in all contacts from Oxyplumb. I will now use them for the annual boiler service, and any repairs that are needed.

Today I had a replacement gas boiler installed - a Worcester-Bosch Greenstar 24Ri (24 kW). The whole process from the initial visit, quotation for work, arrangement of installation date to the installation itself has run smoothly. Lisa at the office was most efficient at keeping in touch to inform me of progress - and to send out the invoices! The two installers, Rob and Josh, were thorough, competent and tidy workers. They even found an alternative way to connect the condensate pipe to the washing machine drainage, obviating the need to drill a hole in a worktop. A much more elegant solution. They were meticulous in commissioning the new boiler and all that that entails. I would heartily recommend this company. If the boiler gives as good a service I shall be delighted.
