I had a problem with the heating system coming on when it shouldn't. Oxyplumb responded very quickly, assessed the problem over the phone, got me to take pictures of the parts they thought might be broken, arrived for the appointment exactly on time, and sorted the problem out very quickly. Perfect solution.

Always book boiler service as engineers are first class. The administration keeps you informed of the appointment day and time. On the day you are texted to say engineer is on way with a time slot. Always a first class service and would highly recommend this company.

Oxyplumb replaced two gas boilers on site, flushed the heating system and replaced a number of failed TRVs. The work was completed quickly, neatly and with minimum disruption. Roberto and Josh were well presented, polite and helpful throughout. Very happy to recommend Oxyplumb.

After discovering a slight leak from our boiler, Lisa arranged an engineer to attend within 48 hrs. Mike attended on time, introduced himself and got straight to work. His customer service was outstanding, he explained what had gone wrong, how he was going to fix it and did exactly that. Such a friendly and professional chap. I would not go anywhere else. Oxyplumb are our preferred team! Thank you

Annual boiler service completed. From initial contact with the office to completion of the job all staff members were polite, friendly and professional. Engineer arrived on time, everything left neat and clean on completion of job. Have used Oxyplumb on previous occasions, would not hesitate to recommend.

Amazing service from Lisa in the office and Peter doing the plumbing. Lisa was so friendly and helpful when I rang, fitting me in where they'd had a job rearranged. It was a really difficult tap installation due to the location, but Peter worked quickly and efficiently to find a solution keeping me informed throughout. Left everything clean and perfect. I'd already recommended Oxyplumb 3 times to friends and family before the end of the day!

Another year for the Annual Service on the boiler. This time on a new Boiler supplied and fitted by Oxyplumb in October 2024. After 1 year's use our energy costs were £200 lower than the previous 12 months despite rate increases. The communication re the service was excellent, a text on the day to advise of arrival time, a clean and tidy service all carried out professionally.
