I originally emailed Pat at 06:30 in the morning and he replied by 07:30 that same day. Pat was around the next day to assess my problem. He went up to try and source my leak into the property and found out the chimney needed repointing but the surrounding lead flashing appears to be ok. He also found a few broken slates which required attention. Being such a busy period as it was then with all roofers due to the bad storms etc Pat took a couple of weeks to come around . He rang me at 19:30 and said he would be around the next day at 08;00 and he was. He repointed the chimney repaired the broken tiles and cleaned up by noon that day. What a smashing guy he is. My 1st port of call for any roofing needs in the future. Very polite informs at all stages and provides pictures to show any work etc. Also even with the extra work that was repaired the agreed price was kept to. Not many like Pat left now adays. Pat came out to view the work required to recover my flat roof very quickly and provided written estimate of work required with cost. The job comprised removing old surface, refix fibreglass trim around roof, apply one coat of resin and two coats of liquid rubber. We agreed a date for work which was carried out once weather was clear enough to undertake the job despite the fact that we were away on holiday at the time. Payment was only requested once I was satisfied with the job. The completed finish was top class. Pat was a pleasure to deal with in all aspects of the job

I contacted Patrick on Sunday regarding a leak I had in my bay roof, he replied quickly and said he’d come out Monday morning. Arrived on time and completed the work within a matter of hours & explained what he was doing. Would highly recommend! Thank you again :)

Pat and George were superb from the very first contact. Pat turned up on time and rang prior to arriving. They both worked very hard and did an excellent job, on both our chimneys, including slate replacement, sealing and pointing. They cleared away all the rubble, and removed lots of moss etc . The quote was not exceeded, and the quality of the job done was immediately obvious. Pat and George are trustworthy, hard working, and keep you informed throughout. A real pleasure to have met them.

Two lovely characters who were cheerful, kind and friendly from beginning to end. They arrived promptly, got on with their work, and I felt my house was in safe hands. The repairs to my two chimney included re-flaunching and repointing the chimneys, with replacement of missing bricks; the addition of cowls; roof repairs included ridge tile stabilising; replacing broken tiles; the cleaning out of lead valleys and treatment with resin and waterproof coating, and the replacement of missing decorative slates. The quote was reasonable (where many others were not!) Thank you, Pat and George.

Pat and George did a great job for us on our current barn conversion. We needed a section of the barn roof to be removed and a membrane installed where the existing felt line stopped. Pat and George stripped the existing clay tiles and ridge (to reuse on the roof), removed the battens and installed a new membrane, re-battened and replaced the tiles and ridge (including around some in roof solar trays which we had installed separately). The job also included the replacement of two lead valleys. The job overall was neat and carried out in a timely manner. The quotation was competitive and when pricing Pat took plenty of notes and had a thorough look. Very friendly and knowledgeable and would recommend.

Pat & George , a flat roof renewal done with the latest rubber. Out standing work by the pair of hard working Gentleman . So down to earth, the work was told to us at every stage & photos taken. Having provided an estimate, Patrick arrived on time, (in fact early ! ), on both the days he was here. He and his assistant were friendly, conscientious and very professional, and did an excellent job. Patrick was recommended to me by a neighbour who had said that he was extremely reliable. Several bricks in our chimney stack had been dislodged by aerial which was leaning at an angle following high winds. Pat and colleague were prompt and very efficient in replacing bricks and re-pointing chimney stack, and also cleaning gutters. Everything tidied up at the end. Reasonable rates and first class service. Would certainly use again.

Pat Harris was recommended by a friend of mine to repair a flat roof that was leaking. They used high quality rubber and arrived on time as promised. On the first day it started to rain after they had laid the new waterproof layer and had to come back again when it was dry to finish off. A neat and tidy job.
