Excellent, professional and personable service throughout. We are repeat customers of PS Home Improvements dating back 8 years and the service is consistently excellent. This time the work was to replace 2 upstairs window units and 2 replacement glass units in a conservatory. Very pleased with the recommended type of window unit, now getting extra airflow into a home office. They also replaced a glass unit in a kitchen window under warranty - no fault on the part of PS but they seamlessly found a record of the order dating back years, resolved the issue with the manufacturer and fitted the replacement unit conveniently in line with the other work. Very highly recommended local company.

We had three blown double-glazed window panel inserts replaced by this trader, who was recommended to us by a friend. We found him to be very professional. We were provided with a competitive quote and the work was completed in a timely manner. The team member who actually fitted the panels was also very professional and left the house clean and tidy. He also went the extra mile by adjusting one of the doors, which had dropped and was catching, which was much appreciated.

PS Home Improvements have previously installed both Windows and balcony doors for us as part of a larger loft conversion project, and subsequently two external doors downstairs. The quality of service is superb and Paul and his team always deliver a lovely finish. Our rear upstairs windows needed replacing so we decided to use him again. Post ordering our bathroom fitters brought forward our installation date and we needed the windows installed as soon as possible to avoid a clash. I contacted Paul to see if he could install the bathroom windows asap, he said he would help out and install the windows as soon as they arrived, which his team did. This was a great help and the windows look amazing! A fantastic service was delivered and a huge credit to Paul and his team. Great service start to finish. We would 100% recommend this company!

Paul was very professional, communicative and provided quality work. I had a new set of patio doors fitted. Paul measured up quickly and ordered after we had agreed a finish. He was accurate with his fitting and delivery schedule he provided and the work was completed to a high standard including finishing and making good of the surrounds. The doors are solid and robust whilst functional and visually good - really good team to work with.

We had a competitive price for replacing 2 doors and received great communication and expertise from this firm. They were the only firm we had who checked for potential problems such as a possible lack of a lintel at one point. The installation was done soon after placing an order and was done by very competent installers who left the place tidy and did a very neat and tidy job. Highly recommended.

I had a new replacement fire door fitted between my kitchen and garage, plus a replacement aluminium side door fitted to my garage. I discussed with PS Home Improvements (Southern) Ltd initially over the phone what I required, and Mr Stevenson was very helpful and informative. He sent me a brochure on the fire door and aluminium door, he then made an appointment, came and we spoke more about the fire door which was very useful, he then measured up and sent me a quote within a few days. The installation was all done on the agreed day, the installers were very professional, efficient, and polite. I am very happy with the way everything has been carried out.
