I invited Winston to quote for the external painting of our house based on the positive reviews and five-star ratings. I am very pleased that I did. I fully endorse the five-star ratings and positive comments. Winston exceeded my expectations and demonstrated how a model “professional tradesman” should conduct themselves and interact with clients. I am very pleased with the finished work. I plan to ask Winston to undertake some internal painting next year. Winston was consistently punctual, communicated extremely well (in person and text), delivered high quality work and stuck to the written quote despite the work taking an extra week (a total of six weeks due to the weather, a few unexpected challenges and a delay with the removal of scaffolding). Winston demonstrated very high professional pride in his work, was very tidy, and focused on the quality of the work rather than the speed of delivery. Winston was always friendly and approachable

We were recommended by a friend, and we couldn't be more pleased! After having being let down by a previous decorator, They made space for us and started within a few weeks of us contacting him, which was much appreciated. Winston was very friendly, kind and his attention to detail is brilliant. We are very pleased with the finished job, we had our hallway and kitchen redecorated, as well as the chimney breast wallpapered. Was always punctual and left the house spotless when he had finished, thank you so much and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a decorator :)

I started a DIY job at home to refurb one of our rooms to turn it into a baby room. After I'd stripped a bit of woodchip wallpaper off, I realised I'd bitten off more than I could chew. I managed to get hold of Winston who was working locally at the time. I explained that I'd wanted to paint and finish the room myself, but really, I needed someone to help with the wallpaper stripping, making the walls good, and the woodwork. Winston was really receptive to our requirements, and was even able to get permission from a local customer for me to see his current work. Winston and his team stripped the ceiling and walls, prepped them for plastering, plastered them, mist-coated them, and keyed the woodwork ready for me to apply that first coat of paint.The quality of his work was really high, walls were stripped quickly, and the finish on the plaster was great. The painted walls look great now, and that's testament to all the great prep work done by Winston and his team.Winston works fast, is great at listening to requirements, understands the brief, works to a very high standard, is a really friendly guy, and works incredibly cleanly. Getting Winston on the job made me realise I should've got in contact with him sooner. Can highly recommend.

Winston clearly takes great pride in his craftsmanship. He painted the exterior of our 3 storey house and produced an excellent finish. He was always punctual, left the site in a tidy state each day and kept us well informed about progress. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

All the wooden windows were painted to a high standard and as described in the quote. Some unexpected remedial work was required as some of the wood wasn't in good condition. The repair work was done without hesitation and to my satisfaction. The original quote was kept to. Winston and Stephanie were conscientious in their work and they were easy to communicate with. A couple of issues occurred after the work was completed, and these were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. I would recommend Chislehurst Painting and Decorating.

Winston and his assistant thoroughly decorated our bedroom and kitchen. The work was carried out to a high standard and to our requirements. I was particularly impressed that when we returned the rooms had been thoroughly cleaned and care is taken to protect working surfaces etc.

Winston came and gave an estimate last year. He came at the agreed date, 7/3, and started working right away . He is very efficient, works to time and gives a quality finish. He only uses Dulux trade paint. We have a feature wall, pink/ red which He matched for us, we didn't have to go and search. He did the whole of the inside of the house. Winston is a perfectist, his standard is very high. We thought his price was very competitive. We are both in our 80s and my husband is disabled. He would not let us move a thing. He also put back things that he knew we would find difficult, even to rugs and table. He is lovely to have in the house, as is the lady helping him, who also works to a very high standards, Stephanie. I would throughly recommend him, already have. I have already asked him back to do some further work.

Having previously used a family friend to do another room, we are glad we went with Winston for our living room, he has done a thoroughly professional job. We're very pleased with the quality of the work and wouldn't hesitate to use him again, will also recommend to our neighbours. Thanks again!

Winston was extremely professional, personable and did exactly what we asked for. (Bedroom/Hall Ceiling/Study/Bathroom Ceilings plus other touch ups). Nothing was too much trouble, he was quick, efficient and tidy. He was timely and the job came in as per his quote. I needed rooms in my house decorating and found Winston through recommendation. From making contact, Winston visited my house to see what I wanted. A quote came in the following day and I felt ready to proceed. Winston came equipped with all tools needed to give my room the attention and perfection it needs. Winston did a fantastic job on my parent's property. My Parents are 87/94 years old with Alzheimer's and their property has been in neglect for more than 20 years. The work required a lot of prep work, scraping back all the flaky paint on the masonry and repairing the rotten woodwork on the window cill(s). Winston took great pride in getting the prep working right before starting the paintwork. The finished work was great; It has been a long time since it looked that good. Winston very professional in his approach to the works and offering great advice before starting the tiling with very large format tiles. Great job after other tilers wouldn't take on this job due to the size of the tiles. Works took an extra day as I added a niche to a wall. Great works and would recommend him to all my friends.

Winston turned up on time for the initial meeting. He sent the quote through promptly and answered all of my questions. He was able to start within my time frame and finished the work ahead of schedule. Winston decorated the whole of my downstairs living area and hall. This included carpentry work, repair to doors etc, painting and stripping paper. He worked on his own in my house whilst I was at work and I trusted him wholeheartedly. We were so impressed with the work undertaken, which included painting our kitchen/dining area, hallway and outside of the house. Everything was done to a high standard and exactly to budget. What really stood out for us was the professionalism of the team, they were so friendly and at the end of each day everything was left tidy. Winston and his colleagues completely repainted the outside woodwork of Emmanuel Church Sidcup in two weeks. This included completely stripping gables and repairing badly rotted windows and sills. They have done an extremely good job while leaving the area clean and tidy each night. I will certainly be happy to use them again.

We found Paint Pro through Which? Trusted Trader. Winston came around and gave us a quote for the work that we wanted doing - which was our hall, stairs and landing. His quote was competitive but a fair price. We gave Winston the job and arranged a date for him to start. He arrived promptly (even though it was snowing) on the day that we had arranged. He set to work straight away by masking up and laying floor coverings. His paintwork was very good, he was tidy and he always cleaned up any mess that he had made. He was very polite to everyone in the house. We had to ask Winston to complete the upstairs part of the job and then stop, whilst we had new internal doors fitted downstairs. He then returned to complete the downstairs section when asked (on an agreed date). We would thoroughly recommend Paint Pro and would definitely use Winston again. In fact, we will be calling him again very soon for another quote.
