I had all my windows changed by Park Lane windows in 2020. They provided a great service and at a good cost. I did have a small issue after installation there was a mark on one of the struts on the inside. I informed them and this was rectified very quickly with a replacement. Would use them again.

I have used Park Lane Windows on 4 occasions since 2018 for doors and windows and have received excellent sales and installation service and follow up corrective service when minor adjustments were needed. There is no 'hard sell'; the sales personnel are very helpful and take time to explain everything you need to know; the workmen are courteous, prompt and tidy and I have had no hesitation in recommending the company to a couple of friends who have subsequently used their services.

I engaged Park Lane Windows because they are Which Trusted Traders and I had used them some 10 years ago on another property. I was also impressed with the company's longevity - indeed the windows they were replacing because they had developed faults had been fitted by a company which had gone out of business. The installers completed the installation of 5 replacement windows within the time they promised (1 day) and to an excellent standard. They also left the place totally clean and tidy. The price which Park Lane WIndows charged for the work was fair and I would certainly use them again.

Great service from Park Lane Widows! We had them in last year to replace the doors and windows on a conservatory refit and was impressed with their efficient installation and service. So we just had them in to replace all our windows on the house and can't fault the service provided. The Sales Team are very friendly and honest with delivery and installation dates with no broken promises and the Installation Team were very polite and efficient - even put back up some blinds we had after they installed the new windows! Great company who look after their customers! I have and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

From the time the sales person arrived to do the installation of my new front door and window repair, Park Lane Windows were very professional. The sales person explained the types of doors and what I should consider before making my choice. Whilst on the day of fitting the installation engineers explained what they were going to do, kept the working area tidy and ensured everything was in working order and that I was happy with the Installation and repairs prior to leaving.

This is the second time we have used Park Lane , they built a lovely conservatory for us last year and this week supplied and perfectly fitted a new front door, we have been very impressed by the speed efficiency & courtesy of the workers each time, and most strongly recommend the company.

We had 8 windows & the back door done across 3 floors, over 2 days. From start to finish Paul was amazing. He didn’t give the “standard” pressurised Windows & Doors sales pitch where they start really high & keep reducing down to get a sale. He is very friendly & easy to talk to. He gave us his best & honest opinion in regards to what window styles & options to choose. He told us we could message him at any time if there was any problems, which was very comforting but we never had any problems through the whole process. Very reasonable price for a great product. The windows really brighten up the house inside & out. Very happy with the end result. Fitters were also amazing, they were very punctual, clean, tidy & friendly. They told us straight away if there were any issues i.e. plaster coming away, which they re-plastered straight away. They left the areas they worked in very clean & tidy, hoovered up after themselves, covered furniture & carpets & cleaned the windows to remove any dust or fingerprints. I would 100% recommend Park Lane Windows!

We found 'Park Lane Windows' online and decided to get a quote on a new conservatory. Jason came to our home and gave us a quote on the spot which was great as we had an idea on cost straight away. They did not push us for sales and we were properly advised on all the different options we could have for our new conservatory. We managed to make the conservatory bigger, bolder and make it all work for the space we had available. We decided to go ahead with them after reading great reviews. Not only did they build a new conservatory for us but they also built us a summerhouse which has a side shed and did the landscaping and artificial grass for the whole garden. We cannot even recognise our garden anymore because it looks so different and amazing. The staff were really polite, competent and professional and went straight to work. They were really efficient and did not waste time. We were properly advised on everything and were given an informative decision. The entire garden was dug up! The security and features of the doors and windows are great and secure. The team also did extra things which we did not even think about but were really helpful, i.e. sockets on the outside of the conservatory, interior and exterior lighting and more. We are really happy and impressed with this company and we would recommend them to anyone who wants to make their dream garden come true. Our friends and family say "WOW!" when we show them what has been done. Thank you very much Park Lane!

Installation of new door was dealt with very professionally and efficiently. Good communication and helpful in organising matching side window to our specification. Installed sooner than expected so was in for Christmas which was a bonus. Product looks great and is excellent quality.

I cannot fault the work carried out. Several new windows and doors fitted to an excellent standard. The 2 fitters, Will and Andy were friendly, efficient and respectful. I felt comfortable giving them keys so I didn't have to have time out of work. A totally different experience to other companies we have had work for us. Very happy, and would certainly recommend!
