Park Lane Windows Ltd is a family run business that has been supplying and installing windows, doors, conservatories and roofline products in Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas since the 1980’s. Over this time we have built a reputation for quality products, efficient installations and customer service.

As a bedroom & kitchen fitter, I am extremely particular with my work and to have somebody else do work for me is unusual. My 2 key windows & arched fresh door were not the easiest to get right, but with the detail the surveyor went to and the quality of the fitters, the team made an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

We have used Park Lane numerous times and have been happy with their products and service. Sadly our recent experience fell far below our expectations. It has taken two months to sort out and rectify various problems. There seemed to be a distinct lack of communication between the various people at the company as to what was happening to sort matters out. It seems sadly that the company has lot its focus on quality and service. Based on our recent experience we doubt we would use them again.
