I am really pleased with the work done by Jack's tradesmen; my kitchen is transformed. They arrived like clockwork, never missed a day, and worked really hard. They were considerate, diligent & very skilled in what they did. Jack visited most days, & everything went pretty much to plan. I contacted several people before I had the work done & visited one couple - all spoke highly of the work done in their homes. The follow up for "snagging" work was also good, which was reassuring. I would certainly recommend Parkview Construction.

We have just had a very positive experience with Parkview who did our side return extension. Initial consultation was straightforward and the work commenced on the date we agreed on 6 months previously. The guys who were on site went above and beyond to keep mess and disruption to a minimum and were very accommodating (especially un-plumbing/plumbing the washing machine back in for us to use throughout the build! Everyone turned up on time every day for the best part of the 2 months the build took and worked flat out at all times and were no hassle to have around. As well as the main team, the plumber/electrician etc were also all great. Jack kept us informed of everything that was going on and what deliveries were coming on what days and was more than happy to accomadate a few last minute changes! After having a bad experience with another company building our Garden room we weren't particularly looking forward to having the upheaval of a big build but it couldn't have turned out any better and we're very happy with everything from communication to quality of finish, which is unusual as I'm fussy! Overall we are very happy and would not hesitate to use again or recommend. I actually wish we'd found them years ago.

Parkview Construction were highly recommended and we saw work undertaken by them locally. Very impressed by the high standard of work plus references and due diligence undertaken by others. Parkview undertook a major renovation in our house earlier this year, reconfiguring rear ground floor creating an open living area with new kitchen, utility room, ground floor cloakroom with shower. Jack Koumis engaged a structural engineer so that a wall and chimney breast could be demolished and steel frame inserted. Bulk of the works took 11 weeks, far less than anticipated. Jack Koumis managed the project with close attention to detail, updating on progress and recommending suppliers. He was on site almost every day and easily contactable. His team of workers were skilled, hard working and considerate. All greatly appreciated, not least as we were still living here. His recommended kitchen designer and provider was exceptionally good and worked closely with Jack and his team to ensure all measurements were accurate and that the final finish throughout was to a high standard. Jack hired an excellent electrician and a highly recommended plumber taking the place of his usual plumber who was n/a. When the latter made mistakes, Jack ensured these were remedied promptly at no financial cost to ourselves.The project and some subsequent variations were fully costed in advance and we like other clients felt the whole project was value for money. We have no hesitation in recommending Parkview.

We used Parkview to replace our bathrooms, block up a doorway and some other jobs, altogether about 3 months work. The work looks great, with much attention to detail eg matching the skirting where the doorway was blocked. Any small issues were rectified straight away. We were living in the house the whole time, and great care was taken to prevent the rest of the house getting messy, and to keep the house liveable. Very pleasant people to have in the house.

The work was carried out professionally, in good time and within budget. Protective drapes were placed throughout the area. Care was taken to minimise mess and disruption, progress was checked daily, rubbish was all removed, and the the premises cleaned before leaving. All the team were approachable, pleasant to deal with and addressed concerns openly and constructively. Paper work and communication by email/phone were excellent.

Jack and his team were impeccable in every way - attention to detail, courteous, on time - could not recommend them more.

We were recommended Jack and his team by close friends who were extremely happy with their work and professionalism, and we're hugely glad, and relieved, we took their advice. We needed our entire ground floor renovating: new floorboards, plastering of all walls and ceilings, the knocking down of a wall between the kitchen and living room, installation of a new kitchen and new cloakroom, everything to be upgraded and painted, re-wiring and re-plumbing needed, plus the replacement of our wooden decking with a patio. We were told in advance that Parkview would NOT be the cheapest quote we'd get, and it wasn't. But as soon as we met Jack, we knew he was our man. He was TOTALLY on the case from day one, and faultlessly professional; he kept us updated on all progress, gave us advance warning of materials arriving, any delays in materials arriving, his various workmen's schedules, and was himself on site almost every day, overseeing, checking, and co-ordinating so that every minute of his team's time was spent appropriately. We were super impressed. His team were excellent tradesmen and craftsmen. They worked tirelessly, never slackened, were extremely polite and helpful, and did a fantastic job. We are delighted not only with the results, but how they were achieved. It was a stress-free experience for us. We had total confidence in Jack and his workmen, and have recommended them to three other friends. We will turn to them again for anything else we need. They were fantastic.

We contacted Jack of Parkview Construction Limited through the Which Trusted Traders website for work to be undertaken at our home. The work included the installation of an under-stair WC and the painting of the front and rear of our house. The teams employed in each case were very polite, skilled and hardworking and completed jobs in hand with great care and attention. Jack was always available to answer any questions and attended on a daily basis to check the work in progress. I would not hesitate to recommend Jack and his team to anyone who needed some work done and have no doubt we would use his services in the future should the need arise.

Parkview contracted to take out my very old kitchen and put a new one in. This included gas and plumbing issues, and substantial electrical alterations. Following the installation, they re-decorated the kitchen. I was absolutely delighted with the service i received. The project manager was on site every morning, checking what would happen that day; this was very reassuring. Parkview wasn't the cheapest quotation I received, but I was so impressed by their professionalism when quoting, that I engaged them and waited till they could fit me in to their work schedule. The time estimate for the job was 2/3 weeks: it was all finished within 2 weeks. There were no delays and the plumbing, gas and electric issues were dealt with very efficiently. The carpenter was extremely skilful, calm and methodical, and took great pride in his work. He cleared up at the end of each day and left the site tidy and dust free. I have ne#ver had so little mess and dust in a building job. He also did the decorating, and left the whole site extremely clean and tidy at the end of the job. Communication throughout was excellent, and Parkview is clearly a very well run operation. There was a slight hiccup a few days after completion, but the project manager got someone on site without delay and it was dealt with brilliantly. The whole team was cheerful, efficient and courteous and I would have no hesitation in using them again for any building job.

It was the second time that we asked Parkview Construction to complete some refurbishing works in our house. This time it was a redecoration of one of the bedrooms and a full update of the en-suite bathroom. Jack is an excellent manager: organising, controlling and caring for his team. His communication skills with customers are bespoke. All work was done to the agreed schedule and budget. What makes his team stand out is that all of them are ready, willing and able to go the extra mile to deliver the highest quality of work. We will not hesitate to recommend Parkview Construction to anyone.

We engaged Parkview Construction to build a single storey ground floor extension. Planning permission was expiring and Jack and his team agreed to take on the works and dealt with the building control throughout. The build also included work to existing lounge, kitchen and installation of a new bathroom, decorating throughout and also a new patio area. At the outset we received a detailed estimate of costs and timeline at the and Jack managed the project extremely professionally in accordance with the indicated timeline, provided details of any additional costed items throughout (which were agreed in advance), and generally keep us up to date on a daily basis at each stage of the build, as well as keeping us apprised of the next activities to be progressed. As a result we had complete confidence in Parkview Construction's management of the project from start to finish. The build had a complex pitched roof structure, and everything was fully explained at each stage and dealt with professionally. The team included Jim and Gabi who are highly skilled tradesmen and were always courteous and polite at all times, and took considerable pride in their work to ensure we received a quality finish. Whilst we remained in the property throughout the build, the team took great care to ensure that we retained access to facilities, had privacy as far as possible and remained comfortable despite the build taking place over the winter period. Parkview Construction carried out extensive work to our house, including: Full electrical re-wire. Full central heating system upgrade. Upgrade of water system and drainage pipes. Demolishing, re-building and reinforcing a sinking wall. Opening up a wall and closing up a couple of doorways. Re-plastering to walls and ceilings. Installation of new internal door frames and doors. Demolishing and re-laying a cracked concrete floor base. Full kitchen re-fit. Full bathroom re-fit. Creation and installation of a second W.C. beneath the stairs. Reinforcing the staircase and fitting a brand new banister set. Installation of new floorboards to hallway and dining room. We would definitely recommend Parkview Construction to others. The company owner was friendly, organised and efficient. He listened carefully to our plans, provided a straightforward quote itemising each task and cost, and updated this as the work progressed, which really helped with keeping track of our budget. He was always on hand to help with any query, provided frequent updates, checked up on site frequently and kept the work moving quickly. The team were friendly, polite and great to have around. They were confident in their skills and the work was carried out to a really high standard. They were helpful, willing to explain things, offer advice and our requests were treated with care. This is the second time we have used Parkview. On this occasion, they modernised our bathroom and our downstairs toilet and redecorated our landing, staircase and hall - including replastering where necessary. The work was carried out to schedule and budget. Jim and Gabi were friendly, reliable and conscientious. Jim, who was with us throughout, was particularly helpful in responding to our requests. We are very pleased with the work and would have no hesitation in recommending Parkview to close family and friends.

Jack and team replaced an old roof on a kitchen extension. The work was done to a high standard and quickly. Jack kept me in the loop on progress and costs, the work was done on time and to the original costs plus an agreed extra that was required.

Jack and his team have just installed a family bathroom for us. This is the second major piece of work they have completed. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The are incredibly efficient, reliable, clean , courteous and extremely high quality workmanship. I could not recommend them highly enough.

We commissioned Parkview to gut our bedroom, create a new en suite, re-plaster and redecorate the room. The team were polite and professional and the work was completed on time and to an excellent standard. We could not be more pleased with it. We would have no hesitation in using Parkview again or recommending them to family and friends.

Parkview Construction redecorated our house internally and externally. The work looks great. They were very pleasant and considerate to have around. We particularly appreciated how flexible they were when work was interrupted by the lockdown.

Jack's company, Parkview, carried out a full refurbishment of our house in Chelsea. The work comprised some structural alterations to the basement with walls being taken down and new spaces created. In addition, the electrics and plumbing were thoroughly overhauled, windows and roof were repaired and the house was redecorated throughout. Jack pays great attention to detail and was extremely focused on our project from day one. He is easy to deal with as he reacts quickly and clearly to emails. As a result, when additional work was required, the cost implications and the benefits were quickly explained. Jack has a full team of specialists to call on so, from the client's point of view, communication is simple as one just has to deal with Jack. In addition, he is highly proactive which means that he helps to find solutions to problems rather than waiting for guidance. The project was expected to take nine months but ended up completing in less than six. We are very pleased with the standard of work and have had many compliments from estate agents and prospective tenants about the quality of the finish. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Jack, Michal and the team have built a new extension and Med garden combined with a kitchen, en suite wet room and new utility space. They have also installed a new boiler, underfloor heating and replaced radiators throughout along with new floors on two levels. The downstairs conversion to a three-storey townhouse was designed and built as an accessible space for Sue who has MS and is a wheelchair user. They worked quickly and efficiently to plan, resolving any issues as the build progressed. We were in daily contact with the lads on site continuously for the first fix. The only holds ups were in the second fix when the kitchen was installed which was the supplier's fault yet Parkview worked around this, despite the delays causing many wasted hours. This excellent communication and willingness to deal with any issues immediately led to a good and trusting relationship throughout. This continued with snagging and aftercare. Jack was always available and often onsite with many good suggestions and advice on sourcing materials. The lads were always polite and considerate to neighbours and kept the outside spaces tidy. The normal stresses of a project this size was made easier with a company you could rely on with a can-do attitude. And most importantly we now have a beautiful new extension and conversion which is both functional looks great and is a pleasure to spend time in.

I am writing to confirm that this is the first time that I have worked with Jack and Park View Construction and can say that they were really helpful and a pleasure to deal with, work was carried out as per the schedule and to a high standard - would not hesitate to use them on future projects.

We used Parkview and Jack Koumis who runs it, in our previous property to repair extensive water damage caused by a leak. When we bought our new home, I didn’t even look for another company as I knew I wanted Jack to do the work. Our new home needed lots of fitted furniture to be removed, old carpet removal and floor preparation, walls stripping, replastering and repainting, a new bathroom, a wall knocking out and RSJ installing, electrics overhaul, sound proof flooring, floors sanding, staining and revarnishing, water pump installation and more. It was a very big job. Jack and his guys were completely professional and we are delighted with the result. Jack is very accessible and quick to respond to messages and queries. He was always happy to meet on site to run through issues or things I wanted doing. Once the work was complete, he was extremely patient with all the ‘snagging’ I wanted doing. I had complete trust in him and hope he will do our kitchen extension in a few years. I could not recommend Parkview and Jack Koumis highly enough.
