We have been using Pass and Totterdell for many years and cannot rate them highly enough! They are extremely personable, professional and reliable! Nothing is ever too much trouble for this company. They aided us with a carbon monoxide issue (when we were tenants in a rented house). They have fitted a super, 'middle of the range' bathroom, in our family home and have also installed our first class Worcester boiler! They are fantastic when it comes to communication - All work has been done and agreed to a schedule and a budget. I would highly recommend this commany as we know we can rely on them to do an excellent job. Well done Pass and Totterdell!

Totally happy to recommend Pass & Totterdell. We had 4 Air Con units fitted for our company and the whole transaction from quoting, answering initial queries, ordering parts, booking dates and the installation itself have been smooth and impressive. All the installers were friendly, thorough and tidy and all checked fully by them before leaving. Had a minor query with how to use the system once installed and again the after sales was just as good which is sometimes not the case with some tradesman. Really glad we chose them from a colleagues recommendation.

Firstly, when Mark came to give us a quote he was excellent in explaining all we needed to know about the installation and to give us advice. He readily complied with our wishes to have the work carried out later in the year when the weather would be warmer. It was a pleasure to have the two fitters, Luke and Drew, working in our house. They were polite, courteous and worked very efficiently. When the installation was complete all furniture was put back and carpets fitted. We were dreading the upheaval of having this work carried out but the house was left as though nothing had been done. We were absolutely thrilled with the quality of their workmanship and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Our experience with Justin and his team (Steve, Shaun and Ollie) couldn't have been better. The strip-out and the works proceeded without issue, on time and everyone was super helpful and collaborative when options presented themselves and solutions were needed. The quality of work was excellent and extra effort was made to ensure the level of finish was consistently high across all the aspects of the project. Whilst working stairs and carpets were covered and at the end of the day the team made sure that they left the room tidy. When you are having anything major done in your house there is always disruption but these guys made it pretty painless and we would have no hesitation in using again or recommending to others. Replacement Boiler installed and really impressed, the plumber arrived at the time I was advised, he covered all the carpets ensuring everything was kept clean. The plumber was polite and friendly. He was able to complete the installation without turning off the water, which meant we could access water for drinks and to flush the toilet. Once the boiler was installed everything was cleared away, instructions on how to use the controls was provided along with the booklets and the plumber then removed all the packaging, so we did not have to put it with our recycling, so impressed would recommend them. Very impressed that the quote was the same amount that the invoice was would definitely use them again

Most recently used Pass And Totterdell to sort a boiler problem and a shower problem in a rental property. They liaised directly with the tenant to arrange visits which is always helpful but especially as this occurred when I was abroad on holiday! They looked at the boiler and advised that the problem should be covered by the Worcester warranty - no charge to me for this. I had no access to the boiler information, serial number etc. but they emailed me with the info so I could minimise my telephone calls to Worcester from Vietnam! At the same property they replaced the electric shower. Prompt efficient service. All done for a good price and in good time. Happy tenant, happy landlord.

Have been using Pass and Totterdell for quite a few years now, they have fitted a new boiler and service it every year, fitted a new bathroom, nothing is too much trouble, they are always willing to help. I can’t fault there work, customer service or prices.

I had a system flush and a new boiler installation. A professional service from start to finish. The installer, Luke, was efficient, organised and courteous throughout. The whole install went well and was finished earlier than I had anticipated and everything left tidy. We are very happy with the new boiler and the service we received; and at a good price too.

After a slow start from drawing up the work schedule for our bathroom fit, through installation, commissioning and snagging the service was excellent. Justin and his team were a joy to have around and finished the job to budget and on schedule overcoming the inevitable snags along the way. Highly recommended.

We had Mark put today to repair our pretty old oil boiler that had given up the will to live. It was a very unpleasant job due to the amount of soot inside that needed to be cleaned out before the burner unit could be replaced. Mark was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and polite, explained everything he was doing and worked quickly and professionally to get the job done. Its now like having a new boiler - we are over the moon and lovely to see someone take so much pride in their work. We have used this company a few times now and simply wouldn't consider using anyone else now. Every single person who has come out has been great. Recommend very, very highly.

P&T service our home boiler and carry out any maintenance that is needed. They are always fast to respond, quotes and options are given promptly and they carry out the work in a efficient way, no mess ever.

The team from Pass and Totterdell fitted, plumbed in and wired up a shower and toilet contained within a stud work frame. This utilized a small alcove in our bedroom so that visiting Grandchildren didn't have to queue up for the one bathroom we originally had. They fitted the ensuite into a confined area with great skill and determination. I couldn't believe such a small space could be so dramatically transformed. They advised and amended my plans as they went along. I am delighted with the finished article. The team of Justin, Luke, Matt and Ricky were courteous and professional throughout. The place was kept clean and tidy and they carried out their work as expeditiously as possible. They were a great bunch of lads with a first-class work ethic, charging me a fair price for an excellent piece of work.

Mark Totterdell responded quickly to our emergency with a complete boiler breakdown. Due to the age of the boiler & probable ongoing costs after repair, we decided to replace it. P&T provided a competitive quotation for the work & completed the installation within 7 working days of the initial call out. The P&T engineer, Luke, was great. Turned up on time & completed the installation & testing giving a very efficient & friendly service. Highly recommended.

The project is a total renovation of a house that has been unoccupied for a number of years. The plumbing and heating system needed to be ripped out and replaced. Geoff Pass from Pass and Totterdell, Plumbing, Heating and Gas Service was recommended by a friend, but we still spent some time getting more quotes for such a big job. I now wish I had not wasted the project time getting more quotes. Many companies did not even bother providing a quote despite doing the visit and those that did give a quote were ridiculously more expensive. Geoff's quote was detailed and he took the time to explain everything and made recommendations for the house which we are grateful for. Once we had made the decision to go with Pass and Totterdell, we were given a start date and an estimate of how long the job would take. The heating engineers Luke and Drew turned up on the start date we were given and worked around the other aspects of the project and got the job done with one day to spare. Geoff then took his time to explain every aspect of our new heating and plumbing system. We now have a modern heating system and a warm home. We are very satisfied customers and would definitely recommend Pass and Totterdell.

Plumber called within the time frame I was given. He was careful and methodical whilst completing the job. Very satisfied.

P&T rearranged their work programme so they could replace our boiler as a matter of urgency because we were seen as vulnerable pensioners. The house is 90 years old and the old boiler installed some 20 years ago. The old boiler used to be noisy and unreliable and use a lot of gas. The new one is silent and much more efficient. The old pipework was a bit of a nightmare and there were 3 water tanks with ballcocks in the loft and a large hot water tank in the middle of the house which made the place too hot in the summer. The new condensing combi boiler uses less gas and requires no storage tanks of any kind. Its controls are easy to understand and use and it is guaranteed for 10 years. The standard of workmanship on the new pipework is outstanding.

Called out when my old boiler broke down. Not repairable due to age and lack of parts. Quoted for new boiler, which was accepted and work commenced within 10 days. Had to remove old boiler, make good old pipes and gas supply, supply & fit new combi boiler and flue in loft, make good hole in external wall. Work was completed in a day except for hole in wall. Minimal mess, new boiler working perfectly, great hot water flow to shower, smart meter already showing vast improvement in costs, no snags. Great work, highly recommended.

We were very pleased with the two calls, first to remove the old leaking bath sealant and reseal it, advice on getting a new towel rail as the old one was rusting and was likely to leak. Pass and Totterdell kept us informed of arrival times, let us know when there could be a delay, and spent time balancing the heating system after the replacement rail. We are very pleased with their service and would definitely use them again.

Just had my 30 year old Worcester oil boiler replaced with a new Worcester Bosch boiler by P&T. Good work and would recommend them. They were flexible enough to consider my wishes on the installation as it required new pipework and some building modifications to accommodate the work. Any issues I know I can get them back to assist.

I would not hesitate to recommend this firm. We have used them over many years, in several properties. Our boiler wasn’t working properly - the pressure was building up too much and then it cut out. Despite several visits to replace leaking valves, pipes and the pressure gauge it was still not working. Mark and Joe stuck with solving the problem - determined to sort it out. After a hi-tech process involving a heat detector gizmo they discovered the cause of all the disruption... A small hole in a pipe in the roof. Quickly it was mended and then... Hey presto the boiler worked wonderfully again, radiators heated up and everyone was happy & very relieved!

This company does my residential heating services and maintenance- always fast to respond, options given to fix problems and then they carry out work in a efficient way, no mess ever. Also I use them for my rental Properties - all annual services, heating, gas, fire alarms etc - the annual reminders are a useful and they are always timely in scheduling appointment in, great with tenants also.

Couldn't recommend this company highly enough. Prioritised our call because of a water leak which then led us to discovering there was also a gas leak. Mark worked quickly to make the boiler safe and removed the electricity bit (don't know the technical term) to make sure there was no chance of the boiler being switched on by accident while we waited for a replacement. The new boiler was reasonably priced and the work was done quickly. The workspace was neat and the old boiler and waste was taken away the same day - I barely noticed it was all being done. Overall a very positive experience and a company who I would trust to give an honest evaluation of your boiler and provide sound advice - this is unlike some companies who will encourage you to keep throwing money at failing boiler so they can profit from the patch up work and constant call outs.
