Paul is a brilliant plumber/heating engineer and there really is nothing he can't do. He has delivered on everything he has promised me and I have been left with a top quality system that works. Paul is personable and hard working and he listens well and communicates well. I know if I had an issue he would be right there for me and he always comes when he says he is going to. I wish I had found him years ago. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

From quote to clean up I cannot fault Paul. He was courteous, enthusiastic and engaged with me at all times during the renovation, offering advice, suggestions and solutions. He arrived each day as planned and tidied up when he was finished. The price I paid was very reasonable, as he quoted and there were no hidden extras. I am delighted with my new bathroom and would not hesitate in recommending him. I will certainly use his services again.

We had a small plumbing emergency late on a Friday which we were worried about leaving all weekend. They not only came out late in the day, but once the problem was identified payment was refused! Such integrity and honesty is rare these days and to be commended. We would use them again in an instant, not just because of the no-charge, but the sheer honesty.

Paul replied to my text the same evening, arrived at 8.00 next morning and efficiently solved & fixed our central heating problem. In the past year Paul has carried out all the plumbing/heating work involved with turning our back room into a kitchen and our old kitchen into a utility room and a shower room, moving and replacing the boiler. A 1st class job, we found him to be reliable, hardworking, experienced & highly skilled. We highly recommend him to everyone. He was recommended to us by other happy customers.
