A detailed quotation was received very promptly, and once we'd accepted she called to agree the installation date and told us who would be coming and what to expect. Paul and Norman arrived on time, and were courteous, polite and cheery. They clearly have a great working relationship, joshing with each other all the time, but most importantly they were very efficient and tidy. The new boiler was working by mid-afternoon, and the heating and hot water systems were thoroughly tested before they left. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his team to anyone.

From my first enquiry about having a new boiler fitted I received excellent service. Appointments were kept, paperwork was received on time and clear to understand. We needed a new boiler and with winter approaching the Wareings were able to prioritise our request. The work was carried out professionally and to the agreed quotation. A survey was carried out before commencing work to establish location of plumbing, electrics and gas supply, etc. Additionally, a defective shower was repaired at the same time as the new boiler installation. When a problem occurred during installation, time was taken to resolve issues. If any problems occur post installation, I have been advised to keep in touch with Paul Wareing. Both boiler and shower are functioning well, ahead of winter which is great. Initially, there was air in the central heating system when the new boiler was commissioned, Paul Wareing returned promptly to resolve the problem. Before and after the work being carried out, communication was good with phone calls being answered or returned promptly. After the work was completed, the house was left clean and tidy. I can thoroughly recommend this company for their professionalism and customer care.

I contacted Paul Wareing plumbing and heating on a recommendation from a friend and must say they more than lived up to this. From start to finish they're friendly, professional approach was much appreciated. Having had some bad experiences with workmen in the past I am wary of having anyone in the house but both Paul and son were both hardworking and my fears were soon dispelled on meeting them. Paul made a second visit prior to starting work to advise on the job and clearing the house for access and completed the replacement of boiler and water tank efficiently and easily within the time frame as we wanted and did not, unlike other quotes try to get us to have what we didn't want. The system has been up and running for a couple of weeks now and we are very happy with the system and quality of the work done.

Woke up one morning to a leaking boiler. Checked Trusted Trader and contacted Paul Wareing Plumbing for an urgent quote to replace the boiler. Paul came out to us on his day off. He was pleasant and extremely helpful. We received a very reasonable quote very quickly which we accepted and works were booked. Paul and his son arrived on time and worked solidly for a day and a half. We had the new boiler relocated upstairs so pipework needed to be laid up through the loft. They made good where the old boiler had been removed, all rubbish was removed and the new system demonstrated and fully explained. Communication was excellent and both father and son were chatty and pleasant, explaining the job thoroughly. We will definitely use it again and recommend it to others.

In my case, I needed the replacement of bath and sink taps plus attention to a cistern. Matt (Paul Wareing's son) could not have been more professional, courteous and helpful. (The bonus was that he is a talented fast bowler for Suffolk and as he worked we were able to resolve all England's cricket challenges!) This is now my go-to plumbing company.

Needed boiler installation 1 year ago had many quotes chose Paul Wareing to install the new Bosch Worcester boiler and immersion tank as he was knowledgably, suggestive and non pushy when discussing what needed to be done giving confidence in the work and installation and quote was fairly priced. Paul and Matt did a fantastic installation with high quality work and it was easy to have them in the house. Since then Matt has installed new whole house pump for us. Recently Paul quoted on new bathroom installation and again this was a fair price quote. Paul was also happy to give us the name of a tiler whom he felt confident in recommending. Paul and Matt and there tiler installed new bathroom for us and did a fantastic job, bathroom looks great.

I first contacted Mr. Wareing's company in February 2020 for a sudden leak in the kitchen under the work surface, as they were recommended to me by a friend, and I found them very friendly, helpful and approachable to deal with. Matthew Wareing came to sort out the plumbing under the sink on that first occasion, and since then he has repaired a variety of problems here including the loo cistern mechanism, a blocked washing-machine stand-pipe, and cracked and broken sections of drainpipe outside. On all occasions Matthew has been most pleasant and extremely professional and helpful. I have been really pleased with all the work he has done here. He has also been very careful to follow all the recommended Covid guidelines when here, which I very much appreciated. It has been a pleasure dealing with this company, and I recommend them highly.

Paul replaced our gas boiler and water cylinder. On what was a very hot day the guys worked fast and efficiently to complete the job. We were all in the house, but they happily worked round us. Everything was cleared away at the end of the job and waste taken away. Friendly service st a fair price. Would recommend.

I have been looking for a plumber for a while to service the gas boiler, and I had a few other jobs needed doing as well. I found Paul through this website and was impressed with the customer reviews. I know these might sound silly things, but he actually answered his phone; was prepared to deal with my shortlist of little jobs, and then he actually turned up when he said he would. This has not always been my experience! A very personable man who knew what he was doing. Apart from the boiler, he decommissioned a water softener and even took it away. He also fitted a new outside tap. I then talked to him about a different type of water conditioner I was interested in, and although he had not come across it before, he was able to install it for me on a subsequent visit. I was also wanting to have a plumber lined up for when my boiler needs replacing, and he will definitely get that job when it is needed. His wife is also incredibly helpful and efficient. I cannot sing their praises highly enough and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

They were able to install the new boiler quickly and within budget. They were very efficient and tidy with their work. We are very happy with the completed job. I did my due diligence in finding a heating engineer to replace a boiler that had failed its EPC certificate. Mr Wareing didn't spend a great deal of time getting the measure of the property but because he wasn't selling himself as much as others I felt somewhat reassured by his knowledge and confidence that the job would be a straightforward one. So far no problems with the installation and the work was done on time and within the estimate given. Mr Wareing will service the boiler on a yearly basis too. Good work.

Matt arrived early in the morning to drain down the heating system, replace 4 old radiators, then refill the system. He is a perfectionist in his work, and completed the job neatly, efficiently and cleanly, even taking his shoes off whenever he came indoors.
