Paul Wareing Plumbing and Heating Ltd offers a reliable, affordable and professional service to Colchester and the surrounding areas. We specialise in replacing gas boiler and are Accredited Installers of Worcester Boilers and can therefore provide their 10 and 12 year boiler guarantees.
We offer the full range Plumbing and Heating services from repairing a dripping tap to installing a full central heating system.
The Company was established in 1990 after Paul completed a comprehensive 5 year apprenticeship whilst working for a local plumbing and heating contractor.
We have now employed our youngest son (Matthew) into the business. Matthew is also a fully qualified plumber, and a Gas Safe and OFTEC registered Engineer. He Completed his 4 year, day release apprenticeship at Colchester Institute in 2016 whilst working for the business.
We pride ourselves on the reputation that we have built up as a family run business and appreciate the loyalty shown by our many returning customers.

After our initial online enquiry we received a call from Tracey straight away to arrange for Paul to visit to price the job. A detailed quotation was received very promptly, and once we'd accepted she called to agree the installation date and told us who would be coming and what to expect. Paul and Norman arrived on time, and were courteous, polite and cheery. They clearly have a great working relationship, joshing with each other all the time, but most importantly they were very efficient and tidy. The new boiler was working by mid-afternoon, and the heating and hot water systems were thoroughly tested before they left. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his team to anyone.

As a trusted Heating Engineer and Plumber I engaged Paul to replace my Gas Boiler. He and his colleague arrived promptly on the scheduled day and over the next day and a half carried out the work with professionalism and efficiency. Referred to me by my work colleagues, Paul’s company provided a competitive quote with assurances in place about what suited my property and our family needs - We were long overdue to replacing a 20 year old boiler. Quote provided quickly and agreed. Fantastic job arriving promptly each day to both install the boiler and remove a redundant boiler-mate. Paul registered the combi boiler which has a 10 year guarantee. Didn’t need to communicate that much as all questions answered swiftly, including those I didn’t ask. Unreservedly recommend.
