After contacting three tradespeople I chose Paul to install a brand new gas central heating system and a new bathroom suite and shower . I chose Paul not only because of his excellent reviews but equally as important to me was the fact that I came away from our first meeting with a very good impression. Paul and Matthew were efficient workers and all of the work was completed to a very high standard. I am absolutely delighted with all aspects of the work, the communication throughout, how accommodating they were with any changes I decided to make and their commitment to making sure I was entirely happy with everything before they finished the job. From my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Paul Wareing Plumbing Installed a new boiler, new radiator and replaced an old radiator. All the work carried out was completed within the time quoted, and to a high standard. I have been looking for a plumber for a while to service the gas boiler, and I had a few other jobs needed doing as well. I found Paul through this website and was impressed with the customer reviews. I know these might sound silly things, but he actually answered his phone; was prepared to deal with my shortlist of little jobs, and then he actually turned up when he said he would. This has not always been my experience! A very personable man who knew what he was doing. Apart from the boiler, he decommissioned a water softener and even took it away. He also fitted a new outside tap. I then talked to him about a different type of water conditioner I was interested in, and although he had not come across it before, he was able to install it for me on a subsequent visit. I was also wanting to have a plumber lined up for when my boiler needs replacing, and he will definitely get that job when it is needed. His wife is also incredibly helpful and efficient. I cannot sing their praises highly enough and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

We needed a new boiler and with winter approaching the Wareings were able to prioritise our request. The work was carried out professionally and to the agreed quotation. A survey was carried out before commencing work to establish location of plumbing, electrics and gas supply, etc. Additionally, a defective shower was repaired at the same time as the new boiler installation. When a problem occurred during installation, time was taken to resolve issues. If any problems occur post installation, I have been advised to keep in touch with Paul Wareing. Both boiler and shower are functioning well, ahead of winter which is great. Initially, there was air in the central heating system when the new boiler was commissioned, Paul Wareing returned promptly to resolve the problem. Before and after the work being carried out, communication was good with phone calls being answered or returned promptly. After the work was completed, the house was left clean and tidy. I can thoroughly recommend this company for their professionalism and customer care.

Referred to me by my work colleagues, Paul’s company provided a competitive quote with assurances in place about what suited my property and our family needs - We were long overdue to replacing a 20 year old boiler. Quote provided quickly and agreed. Fantastic job arriving promptly each day to both install the boiler and remove a redundant boiler-mate. Paul registered the combi boiler which has a 10 year guarantee. Didn’t need to communicate that much as all questions answered swiftly, including those I didn’t ask. Unreservedly recommend. Needed boiler installation 1 year ago had many quotes chose Paul Wareing to install the new Bosch Worcester boiler and immersion tank as he was knowledgably, suggestive and non pushy when discussing what needed to be done giving confidence in the work and installation and quote was fairly priced. Paul and Matt did a fantastic installation with high quality work and it was easy to have them in the house. Since then Matt has installed new whole house pump for us. Recently Paul quoted on new bathroom installation and again this was a fair price quote. Paul was also happy to give us the name of a tiler whom he felt confident in recommending. Paul and Matt and there tiler installed new bathroom for us and did a fantastic job, bathroom looks great.

In my case, I needed the replacement of bath and sink taps plus attention to a cistern. Matt (Paul Wareing's son) could not have been more professional, courteous and helpful. (The bonus was that he is a talented fast bowler for Suffolk and as he worked we were able to resolve all England's cricket challenges!) This is now my go-to plumbing company.
