Rayan brought a selection of laptops to my home having discussed on the phone the range (Dell) I was interested in. I was talked through the pros and cons of each and chose the middle price with no pressure to buy the most expensive. It was immediately available. I asked him to do the data transfer and installation of Windows 11. The work was done in a couple of days. Rayan connected all other equipment and talked me through any relevant differences in use to my old one. He did not leave until he was sure that everything worked and I knew what I was doing. Very reassuring for the aged and largely shielding person I am Many thanks to the team.

PC Rescue Squad in Tolworth are excellent guys. They are quick, efficient, can mend what can be mended and are honest about what cannot be. I have used them several times in last few years - always courteous and helpful. Most recent was a dead Chromebook laptop - motherboard dead. They diagnosed the fault, didn't charge me and we agreed Chromebook laptop was a write-off and they didn't try and sell me another!! Exemplary customer service and NOT the bad reputation guys that other IT repair guys are! Go there.

PC Rescue Tolworth did a really good job in rebuilding my laptop after it was corrupted by hackers. They did the work really quickly and fitted a new fast hard drive so my laptop is now actually better than new. They were also very accommodating and safe with regards to Covid-19 and lockdown.
