PD Plumbing

We have just bought a house with the bathroom being in serious need of refreshing, and we had a small window to get it done due to decorating etc. I really wanted a local plumber in Islington and when I found Peter online I contacted him by email on a Sunday night and he replied almost straight away. We had a quick call that evening and he was in the house looking at the bathroom the next morning. I told Peter what I wanted (new bath, shower, basin and toilet), he gave me a very clear and reasonable quote. I agreed, and he got to work almost immediately. The job was done before the end of the week and I was very happy with the result. I feel like I struck gold finding Peter and I would highly recommend using him for his customer service, friendliness, patience, speed, attention to detail, and most of all his skill and expertise. His communication was great as well. I am a very happy customer and am already planning to ask for his services again.

I called Peter on a Saturday when we had a plumbing emergency with water gushing from a pipe supplying water to our flat and causing significant damage. Peter was very responsive, able to come out to us in less than 15 minutes. He gave me a clear call out and hourly rate so I knew what I would be paying. When he arrived, his positivity and can-do attitude really helped what was a stressful situation. He didn't mind that he had to deal with lots of questions from our neighbours about the leak as well as us! He had the tools to diagnose the issue, and was able to quickly source the correct part needed to reconnect our pipes. He was able to send an electronic invoice to us before he left our property. Very professional. Two hours later, our problem had a permanent fix. I was really impressed and would definitely use Peter again.
