The pointing on our 1930s house was in a sorry state and some of the brickwork was badly discoloured. Garry from Perfect Pointing went through the options for repointing, steam cleaning and future weatherproofing, with detailed quotes and timings. Karl and Paul, who undertook the work, were both highly skilled and professional. It was a pleasure to have them on site. They kept the area clean and tidy throughout and it was spotless when they finished. They achieved excellent results and our house once again looks like new. From the beginning I was impressed, Garry provided really helpful advice when assessing the job and provided a very comprehensive and descriptive quote which really helped when agreeing the scope of work, which was repointing the front and side of the house. Paul undertook the work and did a quality job in good time. All members of the team were friendly and professional with excellent communication. I'm very happy and would use them again.

I unreservedly recommend Perfect Pointing. Communication was friendly and helpful from the start. I wanted walls repointing with lime mortar and wall ties and bricks replaced if necessary. I would definitely recommend Perfect pointing. This company is highly professional in every way. I was given a very detailed quote by Garry for replacing nearly a 100 bricks, and repointing the side and rear of my house. The work was carried out to a very high standard. Karl kept us informed throughout. Everyone on the tram worked extremely hard, especially Mareks and Lucian. Everything was always left tidy at the end of each day and a thorough clean up was carried out on completion If you need to have pointing etc done, don't look anywhere else. These guys are the best.

Everything has been so easy. The first visit Garry explained in detail what they could do to solve my damp problem and the process of repointing the house. He provided an itemised quote so I knew exactly what I was paying for. The team worked hard, were respectful, careful and tidy. They are very knowledgeable and professional, they answered any questions I had. The wet cavity wall insulation was removed, air bricks installed and pointing repaired. I can’t believe the improvement in the appearance of my house. I would highly recommend this company.

Could not recommend highly enough. Replaced 200+ bricks and finished by pointing the wall with lime mortar.Started 8 am promptly and worked like Trojans through until 4.30 p.m. Honest, reliable, trustworthy...very difficult to find by today's standards. I was looking for a Professional Builder to do the pointing on my House. I did my own assessment on which company to choose. Pointing specialists are rare! Especially dealing with lime pointing. Garry the owner of 'Perfect Pointing' came to my House and gave me his assessment. He explained everything I needed to know about lime pointing and that included what grade of lime to use and the type of lime ! Three working specialists did the job and they were all well versed about what the House needed to get it back to Her original state. They conducted themselves in a professional manner throughout and were mindful of keeping tidy as they carried the work out. Each day as they finished, they left the work areas clean and organised ready for the next day. A dust vacuum was used whilst grinding between the bricks. Everything is now today (24/05/2024), back to normal. just in time for the Summer. BRILLIANT!! I will be calling on The A Team again for sure. The costing was I believe, spot on! I needed my House painting as too. Now I have the best Painter in the South of England as well because Garry gave me a recommendation for that. My Wife and I are very happy bunnies!! Top end results no less!!!!!!!!!!!! Well done Garry and his team. We're good for another 118 years.

Came out to look at repointing the gable end and rear elevations of my house - a decent amount of work! Despite chasing several times by text, and being promised a quote was in pro, I never received anything from them, which was very annoying. Can't comment on their workmanship, as we never made it that far... can only assume they must have too much work on...

A lovely job completed by Perfect Pointing. Reasonably priced with dedicated workers who love their job and take great care to clean up any dust. The new pointing makes the brickwork look like new plus a worrying crack has been properly repaired with a lintel. I also had weather storm coating applied to help preserve the bricks for longer and I now have total peace of mind. Very pleased I took the plunge.

The pre-quote advice from Garry when he visited was helpful in making the right decisions about the work to be undertaken. He took the time to explain everything so I understood what was the best solution. The quote provided was detailed and accurate. The work undertaken on site by Paul was first class. He worked diligently even in the blazing heatwave we had in July and the end result looks excellent. The site was left clean and tidy and even my neighbours said it looks good! The invoice sent at completion was in accordance with the quote.

The quotation was very detailed, including various requested options, the work was done to high standards, within the time frame, and the workmen were friendly and discreet.

I would highly recommend Perfect Pointing. They have been first class to deal with from start to finish on the repointing work for the rear and side elevation of our property. Very clear explanation of the work required, work completed to an excellent standard and a really friendly and professional team. Our old front boundary wall was in a poor state, having been badly repointed using Portland cement which cracked the fronts off a number of bricks. Perfect Pointing did just that, replacing the damaged bricks with handmade bricks that matched. The end result is superb. They were very agreeable people to work with and we are very satisfied with everything about this job.

Can't rate them highly enough, from the outset they were honest and professional in providing advice, written quotes, proper invoices, insurance docs and standards documentation. They did some crack stitch repairs on my property, the chap who did the work was clearly very skilled and keen to explain what he was doing and how it was going to benefit the building. When I asked about other works to the building, he was very honest about what and where we should consider spending money, and also did a couple of extra bits he felt needed doing at no extra charge. A breath of fresh air in the world of trades, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I cannot recommend perfect pointing highly enough. I needed work doing quickly and within a week or so Gary had been round and given me a full quote and advised me on other things which proved to be very useful and in no way did I feel at any point under pressure and we agreed the work to be done and fixed the price. Within days Carl and his colleague started the job and within days it was completed too a super high standard. They were polite and professional and clean tidy and organised and answered any queries I had. The price agreed stayed fixed. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with and I would defiantly recommend them on with full confidence .

Nearly all house brickwork was repointed with some individual brick replacement. Truly excellent and professional job done and in line with original quotation. House brickwork looks amazing now. All communication with Garry and Karl was promptly responded to and a high level of engagement by them during the work was incredibly helpful in ensuring all went smoothly. The work carried out was the repointing of a gable end wall, they carried out the work in a very professional and courteous manner. They kept us informed at each stage of the work and cleaned up at the end of each day. They advised me that some work that I had requested to be done, related to wall ties, was unnecessary after they opened up the wall to check them, this saved me a considerable cost. I have already asked for a quote for additional work and my neighbour has also asked for a quote for work based on the workmanship he has seen.
