Can't rate them highly enough, from the outset they were honest and professional in providing advice, written quotes, proper invoices, insurance docs and standards documentation. They did some crack stitch repairs on my property, the chap who did the work was clearly very skilled and keen to explain what he was doing and how it was going to benefit the building. When I asked about other works to the building, he was very honest about what and where we should consider spending money, and also did a couple of extra bits he felt needed doing at no extra charge. A breath of fresh air in the world of trades, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I cannot recommend perfect pointing highly enough. I needed work doing quickly and within a week or so Gary had been round and given me a full quote and advised me on other things which proved to be very useful and in no way did I feel at any point under pressure and we agreed the work to be done and fixed the price. Within days Carl and his colleague started the job and within days it was completed too a super high standard. They were polite and professional and clean tidy and organised and answered any queries I had. The price agreed stayed fixed. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with and I would defiantly recommend them on with full confidence .

Nearly all house brickwork was repointed with some individual brick replacement. Truly excellent and professional job done and in line with original quotation. House brickwork looks amazing now. All communication with Garry and Karl was promptly responded to and a high level of engagement by them during the work was incredibly helpful in ensuring all went smoothly. I'd definitely engage them again for any similar work in the future, and I have no hesitation in recommending Perfect Pointing to others.

The work carried out was the repointing of a gable end wall, they carried out the work in a very professional and courteous manner. They kept us informed at each stage of the work and cleaned up at the end of each day. They advised me that some work that I had requested to be done, related to wall ties, was unnecessary after they opened up the wall to check them, this saved me a considerable cost. I have already asked for a quote for additional work and my neighbour has also asked for a quote for work based on the workmanship he has seen.

Excellent communication from Garry; very clear breakdown of costs. Very responsive to email/phone enquiries. Paul did the work - pleasant, tidy, hard working, and did a very neat job. Very accommodating and nothing too much bother. They are coming back next year to do the rest of the house. Very pleased.
