I would highly recommend Perfect Pointing. They have been first class to deal with from start to finish on the repointing work for the rear and side elevation of our property. Very clear explanation of the work required, work completed to an excellent standard and a really friendly and professional team. We are really pleased with the end result and will be asking them back to do the front!

I was looking for a Professional Builder to do the pointing on my House. I did my own assessment on which company to choose. Pointing specialists are rare! Especially dealing with lime pointing. Garry the owner of 'Perfect Pointing' came to my House and gave me his assessment. He explained everything I needed to know about lime pointing and that included what grade of lime to use and the type of lime ! Three working specialists did the job and they were all well versed about what the House needed to get it back to Her original state. They conducted themselves in a professional manner throughout and were mindful of keeping tidy as they carried the work out. Each day as they finished, they left the work areas clean and organised ready for the next day. A dust vacuum was used whilst grinding between the bricks. Everything is now today (24/05/2024), back to normal. just in time for the Summer. BRILLIANT!! I will be calling on The A Team again for sure. The costing was I believe, spot on! I needed my House painting as too. Now I have the best Painter in the South of England as well because Garry gave me a recommendation for that. My Wife and I are very happy bunnies!! Top end results no less!!!!!!!!!!!! Well done Garry and his team. We're good for another 118 years.

The company have just repointed the back wall of my house. From start to finish it has been carried out in a very professional, considerate, and pleasant way by a highly skilled, knowledgeable team, with full attention to every detail and my wishes. From the beginning I was impressed, Garry provided really helpful advice when assessing the job and provided a very comprehensive and descriptive quote which really helped when agreeing the scope of work, which was repointing the front and side of the house. PP undertook quite a large project on a tenanted property which involved the raking out and repointing of 3 elevations of the property using a lime mortar; the replacement of blown bricks and remedial work relating to a localised rising damp problem. The workmanship, tidiness and finish was excellent. The invoices came in on budget as per quote. Communication was excellent throughout the project which lasted a few weeks and the team were sensitive to the needs of the residents. Would very highly recommend this firm

Great job throughout, efficient courteous, professional. Removed all the remaining original pointing (over 100 years old) and replaced with lime mortar. The guys were happy to take on a few other jobs to take advantage of the scaffolding etc. Would have no hesitation to recommend, which I have already done to some of our neighbours where I expect to see them at work before long :-)

Perfect Pointing carried out re pointing work to remedy damp, along with replacement of air bricks. The work was completed to a high standard, on the specified day at the agreed price. Prior communication was excellent and all work carried out on the day was explained. I would happily use Perfect Pointing again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I was happy with the quote from Perfect Pointing and they were very good at breaking the work into 2 loads of work. The quality of the pointing was superb and they made every effort to make sure it looked perfect. A lovely job completed by Perfect Pointing. Reasonably priced with dedicated workers who love their job and take great care to clean up any dust. The new pointing makes the brickwork look like new plus a worrying crack has been properly repaired with a lintel. I also had weather storm coating applied to help preserve the bricks for longer and I now have total peace of mind. Very pleased I took the plunge.

The pointing on our 1930s house was in a sorry state and some of the brickwork was badly discoloured. Garry from Perfect Pointing went through the options for repointing, steam cleaning and future weatherproofing, with detailed quotes and timings. Karl and Paul, who undertook the work, were both highly skilled and professional. It was a pleasure to have them on site. They kept the area clean and tidy throughout and it was spotless when they finished. They achieved excellent results and our house once again looks like new. Perfect pointing re-pointed the front of our bungalow brickwork. Very knowledgeable on what was required due to the age of the property. Very polite, professional and good communication. On completion, all work was left tidied and clean. Very pleased with the work.

Nearly all house brickwork was repointed with some individual brick replacement. Truly excellent and professional job done and in line with original quotation. House brickwork looks amazing now. All communication with Garry and Karl was promptly responded to and a high level of engagement by them during the work was incredibly helpful in ensuring all went smoothly. The pre-quote advice from Garry when he visited was helpful in making the right decisions about the work to be undertaken. He took the time to explain everything so I understood what was the best solution. The quote provided was detailed and accurate. The work undertaken on site by Paul was first class. He worked diligently even in the blazing heatwave we had in July and the end result looks excellent. The site was left clean and tidy and even my neighbours said it looks good! The invoice sent at completion was in accordance with the quote.

Came out to look at repointing the gable end and rear elevations of my house - a decent amount of work! Despite chasing several times by text, and being promised a quote was in pro, I never received anything from them, which was very annoying. Can't comment on their workmanship, as we never made it that far... can only assume they must have too much work on...

Everything has been so easy. The first visit Garry explained in detail what they could do to solve my damp problem and the process of repointing the house. He provided an itemised quote so I knew exactly what I was paying for. The team worked hard, were respectful, careful and tidy. They are very knowledgeable and professional, they answered any questions I had. The wet cavity wall insulation was removed, air bricks installed and pointing repaired. I can’t believe the improvement in the appearance of my house. I would highly recommend this company.
