Excellent communication from Garry; very clear breakdown of costs. Very responsive to email/phone enquiries. Paul did the work - pleasant, tidy, hard working, and did a very neat job. Can't rate them highly enough, from the outset they were honest and professional in providing advice, written quotes, proper invoices, insurance docs and standards documentation. They did some crack stitch repairs on my property, the chap who did the work was clearly very skilled and keen to explain what he was doing and how it was going to benefit the building. When I asked about other works to the building, he was very honest about what and where we should consider spending money, and also did a couple of extra bits he felt needed doing at no extra charge. A breath of fresh air in the world of trades, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The job consisted of repointing and replacing blown bricks on the South West facade of an early Victorian house. The schedule was not an important factor as all the work was outside. The project was completed in a short continuous period (6 days) and was below budget. The work was carried out to a very high standard. Particular attention was paid to matching the new bricks and mortar to the the existing materials. They were extremely neat in their work and cleared up each evening. The site was left in almost pristine condition when they had finished.
