I cannot recommend Pestology highly enough. I have had an ongoing problem with rats getting into my cavity wall space and running around my kitchen ceiling ever since I purchased the property. It was made more complicated, as it was also affecting my neighbour's property, and we had no idea how they were getting in. Over the years, I have had countless pest control companies out, plus the local council, Thames Water, and even drain surveryors - literally pouring money down the drain. All they did is put poison down, none of them attempted to get to the route of the problem and stop the rats from getting into the house. Pestology is different. Not only do they understand rats (and other pests, I'm sure), but they also look at the building, consider any extension work that might have been done, and work out exactly how the rats are accessing the property. In my case it took some time to solve the issue completely, partly because I didn't want to pay for the original recommended option to have all internal and external access points fully sealed up, as I had already spent so much on pest control. Despite this, Gulliver came up with a solution, and did not give up when the rats kept coming back. That is what impressed me the most about Pestology. Over the last few months I have had countless visits from the team, for no additional charge. They will no leave you until the rats are gone and I am delighted to say, they have finally left the building. Thank you Pestology.
