We have been using Peter for many years to service our gas boiler. He comes when he says he will, does a very thorough and competent job, explaining what he is doing and why, produces a service certificate, invoices promptly and charges a reasonable price. In short, nothing not to like. Well worthy of 5 stars.

We had a boiler condensate pipe that had many joints with one or two of them dripping. Peter cured the problem by putting in a new, much neater, straight pipe.

Peter arrived on time, carried out a thorough check and inspection of my boiler with diligence and care, same as last year. He carried out a first class and superb service and answered all my questions with patience. I found his work ethic and professionalism to be second to non. He carries out his work to a very high stand indeed. He is courteous, friendly and very trustworthy as well. I really cannot praise and thank him enough. Peter installed our boiler, moved pipes and installed new radiators downstairs 5 years ago. We have entrusted Peter with our servicing and any other work since. This week we had our vertical radiators drained and taken off to allow us to decorate. Peter has been punctual and accommodating as always. Radiators are now back up and the annual service completed. As always we are delighted with the service provided. Highly recommend.

Our previous heating engineer has emigrated to Australia. Trying to find a responsive new engineer has been quite difficult. we were lucky enough to see Peter attending a neighbour's heating where he promptly solved an issue they were encountering. Paul carried out a very thorough and diligent service of the boiler. During this several important issues that had not been spotted by previous engineers came to light. There were missing screws and supports in the flu and the supports that were there had not been attached to anything. Paul explained these issues very clearly and then fixed them there and then and at minimal cost. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the service, his flexibility and his willingness to go the extra mile. He is punctual, easy to deal with and very reasonably priced. I will certainly be using him again.

My LPG boiler had completely broken down leaving with me with no heat or hot water. Peter managed to source and install a new boiler as a matter of urgency and it was up and running by the end of the week.
