Peter gave us some good advice about upgrading our living room radiator. He subsequently replaced this for us and moved the old one to our hall. We are delighted with the result and would recommend him for your CH needs. He’s a nice guy, was reliable, his work was excellent and he cleaned up afterwards. And we were happy with the price so have “booked” him for the CH service in the autumn.

Peter installed my boiler five years ago which I was very pleased with the standard of work He has serviced it each year since then. Peter has been servicing our boiler for several years. He gets in touch in advance of his annual visit. He works efficiently and explains what he is doing. He has also done other work for us - replacing a sink, repairing an outside tap, etc. I've recommended him to neighbours who are now using him too. First class!

As a longtime Which? subscriber, my first port of call to find a quality heating engineer to install a new boiler, was of course this Which? Trusted Trader webpage. Crawford Heating Services was the second business listed operating in our area and I therefore called the first two on the list to request an estimate and Peter did not let me down. Finding a gas engineer of his calibre is a rare commodity these days and after many years of “home care” type service agreements, I was delighted to finally discover Crawford Heating Services. Peter arrived promptly on the agreed date to provide an estimate, was very thorough in preparing this, patiently answering multiple questions, explaining in detail what was involved and gave us a written copy a couple of days later. He is totally trustworthy to the point where we were happy to give him a key to so he could do the installation in our absence and he left our property very tidy upon completion of his work. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Crawford Heating Services to anyone in the market for a new gas boiler.

This was Peter's annual servicing of our gas boiler, which he has carried out for several years. As usual, he attended when agreed, did his usual thorough job, explained why additional inhibitor was necessary and sent in his customary, very reasonable bill. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Peter diagnosed a recurring problem with the cistern, sourced and fitted the a more reliable replacement part solving the problem.

Having tried to source a new boiler and installation, it was our great delight to have come across Crawford Heating Services. Communication was easy, deciding the product was assisted by CHS who have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the requirements tailored for our property. Reported a fault with my Central Heating. Was contacted the next day, confirmed what the problem was, Mr Crawford arrived at my house in the afternoon with spare part. He checked my system, replaced the faulty part and all was functioning correctly. The service couldn't be better and Mr Crawford is a very professional gentleman.
