Peter is the epitome of a trusted trader. He is punctual, calm, professional, and thorough. He came recommended because he had sorted out heating issues and fitted a new boiler for my mother, and she spoke highly of him and his work. Recently he fitted a new boiler for me and stayed later than expected to make sure everything was working as it should. He is an excellent communicator and talks you through the work he is doing so you have a better understanding of the process. His customer service skills are second to none and I have already recommended him to others. Tradesman like him are worth their weight in gold and he has certainly found a loyal customer in me!

I chose Peter from 3 quotes because he was Which? recommended, highly experienced, provided the clearest information about the job and offered the lowest price. He arrived on time, ensured my carpets were protected and carried out the removal of my old boiler and installation of the new one within the agreed 1.5 day schedule. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing. In particular, his work on fitting a new flue via my recently decorated bathroom was impeccable. With the boiler up and running, he helped me install and register the HIVE app and explained how it worked. He removed all the debris and dust and left me feeling very happy with a job well done.

Peter installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler in my second floor flat. I received a very clear quotation from Peter detailing all the work and, as it was not a straight forward installation, he was able to reassure me over several emails that the work could be achieved with minimum impact to my newly fitted kitchen. Peter's quote was competitively priced compared to other companies but what really made up my mind was how helpful he had been during his visit, willing to spend time to explain everything to me and work out the best solution for fitting the boiler. The boiler was installed on schedule, fitting it into my holidays even though Peter had only just returned from his own holiday in the early hours of that morning! We had a new boiler installed by Peter - initial visit provided us with good understanding of work required (and other options), which was followed by a full and clear quotation. The work was then done on schedule, progress was clearly communicated and, on conclusion, everything was left neat and tidy. We were provided with clear guidance on the relevant system controls. All in all, a high quality job and a pleasure to deal with.

Peter installed our gas boiler 5 years ago and has carried out an annual service every year. The work is always done to his very high standards and we've had no problems whatsoever during this time. He is always on hand to remove and replace radiators whilst we are decorating, even providing advice on replacing radiator thermostats. We would highly recommended him.

Again great service. Arrived on time, explained what he would do. Peter took great care to trace the fault! Every thing now working. He came quickly, to address the problem .We would not use anybody else.

We had a leak from an ensuite shower room. Peter identified the problem, fixed the leak and repaired the ceiling.

Peters service was great from start to finish - his communication was good, he arrived on time and was polite and took time to explain all the options initially to help us make the best choice for us. We agreed a date for the work and he was trust worthy and relaible (a rare trait in tradesman these days) and arrived on time and completed the work on schedule. He cleaned up at the end of each day and expained what stage he was at. We had a slight problem a couple of days after he had finished and he came straight away and fixed it for us. I can only echo all the other reviews on this site. Peter has serviced our boiler for the past 3 years and I can only say I am so glad to have found him. It can be rare to find such a reliable, trustworthy and efficient company. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter. Peter has serviced our boiler for several years. Recently we realised we had a leak from our hot water tank, damaging a ceiling. Peter was excellent at giving us lots of advice and showing us the alternatives, providing quotes for fitting a new hot water tank or having a combi boiler fitted instead.The quotes were clear and helpful. We decided to get rid of the tank and have a combi boiler, which Peter installed over the last couple of days. He removed the old tank and boiler and took all the rubbish away. He was prompt, helpful and tidy. He also took plenty of time to explain the new system. We're delighted with everything and will continue to use Peter for servicing. The pricing was very reasonable.

Peter installed our boiler several years ago and yesterday was our annual service visit. As ever Peter was on time, took care of our property and surroundings and carried out his work tidily and cleanly, leaving the area as he found it. The engineer came at the appointed time and carried out an annual service. He was very professional and went through everything. A man I would trust. I will use him from now on, for all our plumbing and heating needs.

Peter installed our new boiler in July 2022 - a job carried out to the highest professional standard, I might add - and his visit on 5 July this year to undertake the boiler's first annual service was absolute confirmation (if any were needed) of Peter's desire to making sure everything was just as it should be. He was punctual, and carried out the service quietly and efficiently to the extent that we barely knew he was there. Getting good, reliable tradesmen these days can often be difficult. My wife and I consider ourselves most fortunate to have found Peter and are confident we will be able to depend on him for years to come. In a nutshell: we cannot recommend him too highly.
