We get Peter to service the boiler every year. As always, really nice guy and always does a great job.

My boiler broke down and my plumber of 23 years could not do the job...Peter came to my rescue, winter approaches. Will not repeat 'Customer in Edinburgh' review (15/11/23), which well outlines Peter's steady prof. approach. Great job, new efficient boiler, relocation of boiler meant other trades needed- good teamwork and no delays. Good investment for the future... Happy thankful customer!

I was keen to replace my old problematic boiler, so Peter came to survey my flat for fitting a new boiler. He explained the options and advised about the right size and efficient boiler. Then he provided a quote which was clear and helpful. He started the job a week later after my boiler broke down. I’m grateful for the on-time boiler installation. He was tidy and efficient and provided a quality service. He finished the job as scheduled and explained everything about the boiler and different parts. Again great service. Arrived on time, explained what he would do. Peter took great care to trace the fault! Every thing now working. He came quickly, to address the problem .We would not use anybody else.

We had a leak from an ensuite shower room. Peter identified the problem, fixed the leak and repaired the ceiling.

Peters service was great from start to finish - his communication was good, he arrived on time and was polite and took time to explain all the options initially to help us make the best choice for us. We agreed a date for the work and he was trust worthy and relaible (a rare trait in tradesman these days) and arrived on time and completed the work on schedule. He cleaned up at the end of each day and expained what stage he was at. We had a slight problem a couple of days after he had finished and he came straight away and fixed it for us. I would highly recommend Crawford Heating Services - 5 star from me!

Peter installed my gas boiler about 5yrs ago and carries out a service every year. The work is always done to a very high standard and I've had no problems what so ever during this time. Highly recommended.

I can only echo all the other reviews on this site. Peter has serviced our boiler for the past 3 years and I can only say I am so glad to have found him. It can be rare to find such a reliable, trustworthy and efficient company. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter. Peter has serviced our boiler for several years. Recently we realised we had a leak from our hot water tank, damaging a ceiling. Peter was excellent at giving us lots of advice and showing us the alternatives, providing quotes for fitting a new hot water tank or having a combi boiler fitted instead.The quotes were clear and helpful. We decided to get rid of the tank and have a combi boiler, which Peter installed over the last couple of days. He removed the old tank and boiler and took all the rubbish away. He was prompt, helpful and tidy. He also took plenty of time to explain the new system. We're delighted with everything and will continue to use Peter for servicing. The pricing was very reasonable.

Peter installed our boiler several years ago and yesterday was our annual service visit. As ever Peter was on time, took care of our property and surroundings and carried out his work tidily and cleanly, leaving the area as he found it. There were no problems and I know I can rely on him to come asap should a problem arise. His scale of charges is fair and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Having ditched Scottish Gas home care package I went to the Trusted Trader site of Which?. I am pleased to say I chose Crawford heating services. The engineer came at the appointed time and carried out an annual service. He was very professional and went through everything. A man I would trust. I will use him from now on, for all our plumbing and heating needs.

Peter installed our new boiler in July 2022 - a job carried out to the highest professional standard, I might add - and his visit on 5 July this year to undertake the boiler's first annual service was absolute confirmation (if any were needed) of Peter's desire to making sure everything was just as it should be. He was punctual, and carried out the service quietly and efficiently to the extent that we barely knew he was there. Getting good, reliable tradesmen these days can often be difficult. My wife and I consider ourselves most fortunate to have found Peter and are confident we will be able to depend on him for years to come. In a nutshell: we cannot recommend him too highly.

Based on our experience we can highly recommend Peter. We contacted him on a Friday afternoon to ask for a quote for providing and fitting a new boiler. He came to visit and assess the job after he had finished his other work on the same evening. Later that evening he provided a quote. On Monday morning, after we had received another quote, we said we would like him to carry out the work and he installed the boiler the next day. He under promised because he had originally indicated that it would probably be a week or more before he was able to carry out the work but he had the job completed considerably earlier than the time he originally estimated. He arrived punctually and explained the work he was going to carry out and indicated how long it would take. It was evident that he was thorough and carried out the work to a very high standard. When the work was completed, he provided a clear explanation about how to operate the boiler and the Warranty. Peter was very pleasant to deal with and although we had never met him previously, we were totally relaxed about leaving him in the house alone.

Peter has carried out the annual service on my boiler for the past three years. His knowledge on my boiler and quality of work is of a very high standard. A great source of advice on all heating-related matters who has carried out upgrades on my heating system in past years. A reliable and trustworthy Heating engineer.

Peter had primed us in advance for the annual boiler service. Turned up as arranged, job was done swiftly and efficiently. Homemade biscuits appreciated.

This was the first time I have used Peter but he was highly recommended by my neighbour in the flat above. We were also most impressed by the quality of his work and by his expertise. We wanted the heated towel rail and toilet seat replaced in the bathroom, and he went out of his way to help us choose the best models. The work was carried out efficiently and calmly, with no fuss, and Peter left the place spotless. He showed us how everything worked, and was helpful and friendly throughout. Peter carried out another annual service on my gas boiler, again to his usual very high standard. That’s the 3rd service now and I’ve had no breakdowns or issues what so ever with the boiler (which he installed) Can’t recommend him high enough.

Peter was recommended to us a few years ago and has done various work for us since. As well as an annual boiler service he came out quickly when we had a problem and resolved it. He has also replaced a gas fire and hob. He is very reliable and a contentious worker. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

As a long-standing Worcester Bosch customer, the WB website, which recommends Worcester-accredited boiler installers in my area, was my first port of call when deciding to replace my aging boiler. There were two installers in my area but Peter's website stood out for a number of reasons, not the least of these being a whole slew of very positive reviews by previous customers, and he seemed the natural choice. And boy, was I not disappointed! On the day of the installation, Peter arrived on time and very quickly got down to work, having first provided protective sheets to minimise any mess (of which there was, in fact, very little). Peter worked quietly and efficiently, stopping briefly for lunch, then straight back to the job - so much so that my new boiler was installed and up and running by the end of the day. Peter returned the following day to ensure that the boiler was functioning as it should, and then went to the extra trouble of constructing a wooden cover to hide all the copper piping. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Peter to anyone who needs a plumber/boiler installer who can be relied upon to fulfill any and all customer expectations. He is reliable, friendly, extremely tidy and respectful of a customer's property, very efficient, and - most important - utterly competent. He really does know his trade, and I am very glad I chose him to replace my boiler. A first-class tradesman, and a first-class job. Very happy!
