Peter serviced our gas boiler yesterday. He was on time, polite, professional, thorough and reassuring regarding attention to gas safety, Will definitely use his services again.

Peter has serviced our boiler for a few years. He is knowledgeable, professional and highly competent. I would recommend him and his work. We had an intermittent boiler problem about a year ago, winter of course. A baby was arriving to stay with us. As he was fully committed, Peter set about arranging for a well-qualified colleague of his to come and help and, if for any reason the problem could not be immediately fixed, he offered to loan us a heater to use in the interim. Peter is reliable, very tidy, he is pleasant and helpful and communicative. Peter does not compromise on standards and checks everything, just as it should be.

Peter came to fit a RCD on our boiler. He was very helpful, courteous and quick to do the job. I would use him again.

I did have to wait a bit as Peter is very busy but it was well worth it. He installed central heating in my small flat. He managed to get a radiator into an awkward room and neatly place the boiler in an Edinburgh press leaving me two usable shelves above. He disposed of the old boiler giving me extra storage space and got rid of the old flooring for me. It’s quite a disruption having central heating put in where there was none before so I stayed with my daughter while the work was being done. Peter kept the floorboards up until the work was finished to make sure of no leaks. The work was finished to time and I was kept informed of its progress all the way. I highly recommend Crawford Heating and I’m delighted with the result.

Peter purchased the part required and arranged a suitable time and date to fix this, as this was an emergency, Peter came within 24 hours and repaired our boiler. I required an old floor-standing boiler to be replaced by a modern equivalent. Peter Crawford came to review the work and noted that the pump, fitted on the return to the existing boiler should be moved to the flow for the new boiler and that the existing magnetic filter if replaced by one supplied by the manufacturer would lengthen the boiler guarantee period by 3 years - left it to me to decide whether it was worth it. Peters quote for the job was in my view reasonable and I liked his attitude towards the job I required. He gave me a choice of dates when the work could be carried out and we agreed on a date for the installation. Peter came when he said he would and made a very neat and professional-looking job of the boiler install, amended pipework and flue work, leaving the entire work area spotless when he finished. A job very well done and I would not hesitate to recommend Peter and expect to call him for the boiler's future servicing.

Peter completed my boiler service and replaced a kitchen mixer tap. Very professional service throughout with everything completed to a high standard. Peter is a very approachable person and is happy to talk through options available. Cost was very reasonable for the work completed. Excellent service from Peter Crawford of Crawford Heating Services. From call out, to repair of two leaks, one of which required a new hose, all done in a day. Quick efficient service and would highly recommend. We will certainly use again!

Recommended by a neighbour as reliable and reasonable, I was not disappointed. Peter was quick to respond and does what he says he’ll do. He quickly assessed that the problem with the central heating was a faulty circuit board. Peter provided full advice on options to repair or replace system and how the varying systems work. All detail I wanted to know to make the right choice on a failing system. Decision made, a new board acquired and fitted within a couple of days. Top job and reasonable price. We have been having cold showers and British Gas were unable to come out so from the Worcester site we came across Crawfords I called and spoke to Peter he took some details then came out the next morning .He replaced the pump in our bolier and we have all enjoyed a hot shower for the first time since January He was polite professional helpful explained all he was doing tidied up well I would use him again and would wholeheartedly recommend him Thank you very much Peter.

Lost my heating after the pipes froze in particularly cold weather. Mr. Crawford came out the very same day and had it fixed and up and running again in no time. We were so impressed with his prompt service and professional manner that we booked him to come back and service the boiler. He turned up on time, was friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend this company.

I lost heating and hot water over the cold spell and was told by Scottish Gas it would be 13 days before an engineer could be sent out. This was not acceptable so I contacted Peter who assessed the situation and ordered a new pump for my boiler. He gave up his Saturday to fit the pump and drain the system without hesitation. His work ethic is first class, such a friendly and honest man and I owe a lot to him for his efficient service. The cost was less than I was expecting also.

Very impressed by product knowledge and detail of the work carried out and as a consequence I arranged next years service and safety check. We urgently needed a new boiler and got several quotes. Of all the quotes Peter impressed us the most, both with his knowledge and approachability. We found it easy to discuss all our options with him and he gave us a very competitive quote. He pulled out all the stops to get our new boiler installed before Christmas. He was punctual and kept us well informed. Our gas and water were only off for short periods and we had heating and hot water back by the afternoon. He arranged all ancillary trades, who arrived on time. All work was carried out efficiently and to schedule and budget. He was very tidy and there was minimal disruption. He carried out a full safety check on all our gas appliances and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. He contacted us the following day to ensure we were happy before submitting his invoice. We plan to get him to replace our ageing radiators in the summer. Excellent service all round.
