Our local surveyor will provide you with a detailed report on the problem, with recommendations if any work is necessary, backed by a long term guarantee. My hall floor had begun to collapse due to hidden dry rot. It was a terrifying time, and I didn't know where to turn, until an acquaintance who subscribes to Which? found Peter Cox on your website. They proved to be the right choice. The whole project (from initial surveying, through site preparation, disinfection, replastering, waterproofing and joinery) was carried out considerately, with thoroughness and great skill. The craftsmen consulted my needs along the way, explaining the different options that were available and their likely outcomes. I was extremely pleased with the whole process, and would gladly use their services again.

Came out during August to survey dampness in front bedroom of a Tyneside Flat. Spent time explaining the problem and the alternatives available to its treatment. Sorted the work out with firm date for early Septmeber. Job completed as planned with no mess.
