This is our third time of using the services of Pete and Tom of Mews Windows. This time to replace 11 windows on our property. Wouldn’t actually consider using anyone else for supply and install of windows and doors due to their impeccable install and genuine consideration for the environment they are working in, always exceptional. Always leaving the job clean and tidy. Excellent customer service and communication at every point of the process.

We are absolutely over the moon with the transformation of our home carried out by Pete and Tom from ‘Mews Windows’. From the very first quotation right through to completion, the whole process has been seamless, professional and beyond expectations. They are a great family team who worked quickly and efficiently, installing all round new windows and two doors in record time. They also made a late adjustment to our new front door after we made a decision to change the lock last minute. The quality of workmanship is excellent, and they took great care to keep everything clean and tidy throughout. The transformation to the look of our home is remarkable, and they ensured every detail was perfect before leaving. In fact, their work and transformation was so good that two of our neighbours have asked for quotes! ‘Mews Windows’ are a reliable, friendly, caring and professional service who we highly recommend.

I have used Pete and Tom for lots of jobs over many years and am always totally happy with the job done. They are friendly and helpful, explain the options, use quality products and do a great job for a good price. They have recently completed the installation of replacement French Doors and a small window after coming out to discuss the job and measure up. I was given a quote and estimated date for fitting, then kept fully informed with an estimated time of arrival on the day. The work was completed efficiently, the old fittings taken away and everywhere left clean and tidy. As always I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend.

Mews Windows were recommended to us by a neighbour, and after seeing Pete working at a nearby property, I approached him to arrange a quote. He contacted me within the week and punctually arrived on the agreed date. He listened to my requirements and discussed the options available regarding the replacement conservatory, which, at that point, had a leaking roof (he even applied a temporary fix for us). He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his trade, which helped when making the final decision. Within a couple of days, Pete had hand-delivered our quote, which was extremely competitive when compared to other window companies. Needless to say, a start date was arranged. Pete and his son Tom commenced and completed the work over 2 weeks, replacing 11 UPVC windows, a composite door, and a garden room with a warm roof. There was a slight hitch with one of the garden room component parts supplied, but Pete sorted this immediately and arranged a same-day replacement, keeping the project on track. All 5 tradespeople involved (including the surveyor, electrician, and plasterer) arrived on time, were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, hard working, respectful of our property, and demonstrated a high level of pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mews Windows again and have already recommended them to others. We are very pleased with the finished results, which has enhanced the look and use of our property.

Second time using Mews Windows. This time was a new front door. I chose a composite door. The door is top quality, very solid & looks amazing. Pete helped throughout the process of picking the door. The price was very reasonable. The work is 100% top notch. There was an issue when they came to fit the door. Pete & Tom managed to sort it, in no time. Very clean & tidy. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Contacted Mews windows by recommendation and they were fantastic. Price for job required was so reasonable and fully comprehensive and the service was amazing. From fitting all the new windows and doors, it was all done with exceptional care and everything was cleared up afterwards after they made sure every fixture and seal was perfect. Also leaving us with instructions on how to best take care of our new doors etc. Would highly recommend.

I contacted Mews Windows towards the end of March and received a speedy phone call in return. I arranged a visit and Peter Mew arrived and checked all the windows and doors. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent advice and support for our needs. We received diagrams and a breakdown of the work to be undertaken and costs. Having agreed we obtained a date for the work and a timescale. This was fully adhered to and we were impressed with the focused, hard work and effort to complete the job professionally. Areas were cleaned and tidied after each day of work and the friendliness was much appreciated. After work completion we had a small problem which was responded to quickly. I highly recommend Mews Windows and would definitely use them again.

Absolutely cannot fault anything about this company. The work is 100% perfection, the windows are top notch and they are clean and tidy. Fabulous value for money. Highly recommended!

From my initial enquiry to completion, Pete and Tom were excellent: professional, courteous, prompt,efficient and good value. The quote arrived promptly and was much lower than others who claimed to provide the same quality windows. They arranged a date and time to suit me and work was completed quickly and cleanly with all old windows taken away, leaving me nothing to do but admire my new top quality windows! So impressed I asked for a further quote. Definitely recommend these guys.

Having used Mews Windows several times over the past 10 or so years, we have recently had a new patio door fitted. Excellent service from start to finish, work completed to a high standard and no mess left afterwards.
