My heating had recently stopped working. Paul was very helpful and identified the problem quickly. It turned out that i required a new thermostat, kindly Paul suggested buying a replacement which i could fit myself and did not charge for his efforts. I would get in touch with Paul in the future if I encountered trouble with my heating system. Thanks.

Paul was introduced to me by a neighbour who highly recommended him. We had a sudden problem when a section of pipe broke away leaving us unable to use our bathroom washbasins as well as wondering how to get it repaired. Paul arrived - without too much notice & very promptly - assessed the problem & then returned with all the necessary new fixtures & completed the job brilliantly. He's also charming! Very very satisfied customer.

Mr Henderson managed to fix a problem I had with my downstairs toilet for many years. I had numerous plumbers who failed to solve the problem. He fixed all the plumbing for the whole house and resolved the problem very quickly. I was very impressed by his professionalism and attitude

Three years after our replacement boiler was installed, the central heating radiators began to vibrate noisily. When the original installer was unable to solve the problem, we called in Paul. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem correctly, and explained it clearly. He emailed a detailed and reasonable quotation the same day, arrived as promised to do the job, which was completed efficiently and without mess. He then returned promptly and as promised a fortnight later to make a minor follow-up adjustment to the boiler.
