Much to my own fault I felt I could install my own toilet in my downstairs toilet. Soon realised this wasn't the case, rang up Rob and with no judgement he came round and fitted the toilet and also helped tidy up the plumbing in the area. Fantastic work and craftsmanship, completed to a very high standard with great customer service throughout. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Rob recently removed our old bath and installed a walk-in shower, completely transforming our bathroom and giving it a complete update. We are extremely happy with our new shower and bathroom The project started with us working together on an initial design and then, with his knowledge of materials, appliances and finishes, Rob worked on a detailed design. We were then able to understand what the project could achieve and it showed us also how the bathroom would look. The new layout has given us much more space and improved access, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Everything works perfectly, and the shower is a real joy to use. Also, Rob took particular care to ensure the shower enclosure was fitted to suit my needs with a disability, which I greatly appreciate. He retiled the room beautifully, installed new cupboards and a basin, and laid a new floor to a very high standard. The workmanship throughout is excellent, with great attention to detail and a high-quality finish. Rob is professional at all times. We have full confidence in his expertise. He consistently comes up with practical and effective solutions to any challenges that arise.
